I looked at him. He looked rough. “Are you alright, Malfoy?”
I Don't Handle Rejection Very Well
Detention already. I left and went up to dinner, fuming.
Sirius continued to look at her like she was the only person in the world. I knew that look. It was the way Mum and Dad looked at each other, and Remus and Tonks. Even Ron and Hermione lately. Harry and Ginny looked that way at each other and they didn't realise and it made me want to bash both their heads together.
Sirius just laughed and pinched some of the cake mix out of her bowl, and sat down next to her and pulled some papers towards him and proceeded to sign them with a flourish.
Christmas and New Year
“What do you want, Draco?” I asked flatly.
I was in the Hospital Wing. Geraldine was snuggled into my shoulder. Mum and Dad were sat either side of my bed, Remus stood behind Dad, and Dumbledore at the foot of the bed.
I was revising in the library when Draco came in, looking confused.
“Alright. When are we going?” Harry asked.
A Perfect Ending
I stood at the end of the garden, watching the sun set. It had been a crazy day. Draco came outside, and took my hand.
One Year On
I knew something was there, I could hear it moving. I checked over my shoulder. I'd come deeper into the woods than I'd thought. Trees were completely surrounding me. The darkness was pressing in on me. I started to panic.
“What have you done to my daughter?” he shouted, his wand pointed at Draco.
“You're joking right? Daisy, tell me you're joking!”
No. I wouldn't go. I would stay here. Everyone was better off then. I pulled the hood of my robes over my head, curled up and went to sleep.
Daisy Lily Potter. But I loved her. And she loved someone else. Someone who was now unobtainable.
