Ch. # Chapter Title Word Count Reviews
1 an introduction, a party and the beginnings of a plan

Who are we? We are the Wotter Clan, and then some. We are the kids with one hell of a reputation to live up to.

We are also the biggest, brightest and best organised crime unit in Britain.

2 some rain, a traitor and nothing going to plan.

Sometimes, I hate my brother. I hate him, and utterly despise Louis, and I even mildly dislike Lily. Which is hard, because she’s so nice. But it is their fault that I am trying to get through a lock which seems to have more tumblers on it than in the back room of the Leaky

3 a fight, injuries, and the failure of a plan

“What do we do?”

Silence.

“We’ve got two options," said Lily. "Steal it before they do, or steal it after they do.”

“Is there a third option?” I asked, and Hugo snorted with laughter beside me.

4 tears, panicking and a pathetic -yet successful- dating plan

“EEEVRYNIGHT IN MYYY DREEAAMS, I SEEE YOUUU, I FEEEELS YOU!" Lorcan hiccupped, swaying on the sofa.

I joined in. “THAT IS HOW I KNOW YOUUU... GO ONNN.”

The doorbell rang. Lorcan waved a hand and a wet tissue at me. “You get it. I’m emotionally drained.”

2,485 17
5 innuendo, ballfoot and the collapse of a plan

“Now everyone is here,” Dom said, throwing me a look that would kill a lesser being. “I expect you’re wondering what last night was about.”

3,154 19
6 keys, the Fraternity and the uncovering of a plan

Lily is disgustingly messy. Dirty messy. I had been cleaning as I worked through- her kitchen sparkled now, and the bedrooms and study had been hoovered, but this living room...

It was going to take forever.

2,143 16
7 hospital, accusations and the Gringotts plan

“You are not being serious. Rose, it may have escaped your notice, but the rest of us were just poisoned. We can’t pull this off.”

“I’ve got a plan," I insisted stubbornly.

3,225 19
8 success, arrests, and someone else's plan

“You are an absolute idiot,” Scorpius said, fairly calmly, considering I’d locked us both inside a vault.

“...I think that’s relative."

3,332 22
9 despair, family, and a 'waiting' plan

Oh Merlin. Scorpius’ traitor was real... our metaphorical wolf among sheep-
and we also are most probably going to Azkaban.

3,555 16
10 the trial, some secrets and an escape plan

We were accused of breaking into two Gringotts vaults; 604 and 930, and stealing goods worth thirty thousand Galleons. We were accused of killing two goblins; Marchday and Greynitt, and seriously injuring a third; Bullwatt, and my old mate the security guard; Gerald Lewis.

It was enough to send us down for fifty years each.

4,684 21
11 stories, marriages and being on the run- no plan.

At least Scorpius had managed to stop Louisa calling for tea; I don’t think I could have coped with breakable china. Talk about culture shock. An hour ago, I was in a filthy cell. Now, I was staining Louisa’s chintz sofa with cell filth.

3,547 13
12 hospital, Christmas and a blasé plan

Christmas. I should be at the Burrow, being thoroughly spoiled by the relatives.

4,240 15
13 kettles, death and a lie-low plan

Abner took off his pointed wizard’s hat, and turned it in his hands. “I’d like to speak to Mr and Mrs Malfoy,” he said, making sure his own voice was low. “I believe they are here? I’m afraid I’ve got some bad news.”

3,633 12
14 detectives, some more secrets, and a Rose-in-charge plan

The private detective –if that was who he really was- didn’t really give us much choice: but I inexplicably wanted to trust this hard-faced man.

3,789 13
15 death, wolves and there isn't a plan

And then, I saw him. A spell from upstairs knocked someone out of the way, and I could see Richie.

4,150 15
16 back stories, flirting and Scorpius hates it when I plan.

I’d made up an entertaining story in which I (Rachel) was Scorpius’ (Samuel’s) mistress and we were trying to find somewhere to have an illicit affair while his wife (Lauren) was out on a short weekend break to a golfing club. Lauren even had a fictional boyfriend too- called Morgan, who was Scottish and six foot four.

17 Zach, Marcus and it was Scorpius' plan

I just kissed a married man. A soon-to-be father.
A Malfoy. Dad was going to kill me.

4,390 14
18 friends, arguments, and step one of the plan.

Scorpius passed me a small slip of paper. I turned it over, thinking it might be a note, but it was a receipt. I gave him an unimpressed look.
“Look at the date,” Scorpius said, sighing.
I looked at the date. “That’s... that’s two weeks ago,” I said. “Someone’s been here recently!”
Scorpius looked condescending, as he’d probably come to same conclusion a while ago, so I smacked him upside the head.

4,239 10
19 motorbikes, arrivals and the continuing of our plan.

Around the corner, zoomed two more Fraternity guys on broomsticks. Scorpius quickly kicked the motorbike into roaring life. I hooked my legs back up, and looped my arms around his waist.
“Let’s see if we can make the six o’clock news,” I said.

3,620 11
20 friends or foes? and our plan is going well

Expecto Patronum,” I whispered, and a silvery jet burst out from the tip of my wand, and dissolved into smoke. I tried to will my heart to stop beating so loudly, and thought of happier times- working at the pub, fighting with Hugo for the TV remote, playing card games when it was raining with Lorcan... kissing Scorpius on the roof while fireworks exploded around us... and then out of the tip of my wand, a huge tiger leapt forwards My mouth dropped open. I’d never ever been able to cast a corporeal Patronus before.

3,853 7
21 family, help, and step one is complete

“So you came to come get me and then we can all storm Carrow’s house together?” Hugo said, his eyes alight. “Awesome!”
“Hugo, I don’t want you to come with me.”
His face fell, and suddenly he looked like a ten year old being told he was too short to go on a fairground ride. “You can’t stop me,” he said angrily.
“I could,” I said, “but I don’t want to. I’m asking you Hugh, please don’t come with us.”

2,885 6
22 the end (part one)

“What’s the plan?” Hugo asked.
I pulled a face and Scorpius' hand tightened in mine. “I wouldn’t say it’s a plan, exactly...” I said. “More an idea... it’s a bit rough around the edges...”

3,987 6
23 the end (part two)

This went against everything I had ever done, everything I had ever known.
“Are you ready?” Scorpius said, and my stomach twisted in fear.

3,215 9
24 the end (part three)

There was a bang, a horrible crash far away in the depths of the mansion and then a horrendous blood curdling scream. I was still holding onto Scorpius’ hand, and started to run, pulling him with me as I ran, blindless through the dark rooms. My lungs were on fire, and my throat ached, but somewhere someone was screaming and it could be one of my family.
