From his position on the ground, Harry couldn't make out her expression but he knew that she could she him. She looked at him for a long while, disappeared and after what seemed like ages, he heard the back door creak open followed by her soft footsteps.

His ears were pounding and Ginny’s face kept flashing through his mind. The guilt was beginning to push through the anger but he tried to ignore it, grasping on instead to the adrenaline that his fury was giving him.
