Ginny Weasley pushes Hermione into the arms of matrimony...and three thousand miles across the Atlantic Ocean. Not exactly what Ginny had in mind when she urged her best friend to marry Andrew Maddon.
Reason 1: Blatant Manipulation
Hermione must confront Harry and Ginny when she reveals to her friends that she's engaged. While Ginny convinces Hermione that she made the right decision (only to realize that maybe this wasn't the wisest idea), Harry tries to work out with Ron why, exactly, he's so bothered by all of this. Is it because Hermione's getting the happy ending he was denied, or could it be something more?
Reason 2: Atrocious Priorities
Hermione breaks the news of her engagement to her parents, while Ginny works on her plan to make sure Hermione never makes it to the alter...let alone the States.
Reason 3: Planning and Sabotaging do not go Hand in Hand
Hermione begins planning the wedding with her mother as Ginny begins planing the sabotage of the wedding with Ron. Ginny, however, is in for a surprise regarding Hermione's wedding plans.
Diving into the Future
Hermione receives some unsettling news regarding her current job, and both she and Harry begin to realize what the future holds for them.
