Want To Duel?
"So you think you can duel? Come to the Great Hall at eight every Sunday night for an exciting duel. Meet and challenge your enemies, your friends, or maybe even your professors. Form teams and duel for house points. Must be third-year or above."
Let The Dueling Begin!
"Welcome!" said the voice just as a clap of thunder sounded, followed by a flash of lightning. "Welcome to Hogwarts' first ever So You Think You Can Duel, where bravery, wits, and nerves will be tested! Where the champion will forever bask in glory! Where the losers will run away with their tails between their legs! Where people may get hurt or even killed--"
The Dueling Continues
"And Miss Patil begins this duel in a ferocious fashion, with a Stunning spell that narrowly misses--ah, will someone go check on Colin Creevey over there, he seems to be unconscious--and blimey! Miss Edgecombe's hair has caught on fire!"
The Duel of Harry and Ron
"Next up we have…Potter versus Weasley!"
The Dueling Intensifies
At breakfast Monday morning, nearly everyone was fast asleep with their faces in their cereal and muffins. Last night's duel had been fairly exhausting, especially for the participants.
Ron Duels It Out
While Harry recuperated from his head injury in the hospital wing with the help of Ginny, the duels went on at a furious pace.
Harry vs. Draco
Suddenly, the lights in the Great Hall dimmed ominously. There was a rumble of thunder and a flash of light. "And now," said a deep version of George's voice. "Ladies and gentlemen, the duel you've all been waiting for. They've been enemies since day one, and now they'll battle it out in front of everyone. I give you…the duel of Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy!"
Hermione Duels Draco
"Welcome ladies and gents to the continuation of So You Think You Can Duel!" announced Fred in his deep voice. "Today's main event, as you may have already heard, is the duel of Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy!" He paused. Screaming cheers filled the air.
The Duel of the Potions Master
"Professor Severus Snape watched, disgusted, as the brightest witch in the school (although he'd never admit it out loud) reduced his favorite student to nothing but a fat, blubbering walrus. He was disgusted partly because Draco had lost to a witch with absolutely no magical blood. He was a shame to the pureblood community and to the male gender. His performance had been absolutely appalling."
We Know They Can Duel
Harry felt very groggy and lethargic. He struggled to open his eyes and saw what appeared to be two fireballs hovering over his head. He blinked. Fred and George's faces swam into view.
