Five seventh year Slytherins girls sat in their common room, each too preoccupied in her own thoughts to notice the others. It was a known fact that they were the closest of friends, but that meant nothing compared to their own problems. They were all lost in their thoughts of friendships, enemies, grades, and love from boys that they either had or would never get.
Pure silence rang through the area as only one thing happened: glaring. All that could be seen in the Gryffindor common room was pairs of people, seething, staring at each other to the death. Friends glaring at friends, boyfriends glaring at girlfriends, and jerks glaring at jerks.
