Chapter 6: Where It All Began
After the younger people play an impromptu Quidditch game, the last of the guest of Bill and Fleur’s wedding leave Hogwarts. It is now time for Harry and his friends to begin their search for the missing Horcruxes. Harry has, since Dumbledore’s funeral, been feeling that he should visit Godric’s Hollow. After all, that is where it all began for him. What will he find there?
Chapter 7: Grimmauld Place
Harry and company return to Grimmauld Place after their narrow escape from Godric's Hollow. Will they fing Regulus Black's diary, if it even exists? And if so, what will it tell them?
Chapter 8: The Broken Locket
Now that Harry has found a real Horcrux, what's he supposed to do with it? After all, Dumbledore, the greatest wizard of the age, ended up with a dead hand when he destroyed Marvolo's ring. And Harry, well, Harry's just Harry isn't he?
Chapter 9: Back Again
September first is approaching and Hogwarts will again be open to fill the students heads with knowledge. The path that Harry sees before him is dark and hazy. What should he do next? Who should he turn to now for guidance?
Chapter 10: Riding the Hogwarts Express
Harry, Ginny, Ron, and Hermione join the other students returning to Hogwarts on platform 9 3/4. The platform is not as crowded as in years past, so they shouldn't have any problem finding a compartment.
Chapter 11: Draco's Reward
Draco has failed his master. What will be his reward? Torture? Almost certainly. Death? Always a possibility. Mercy and forgiveness? Well, we all know how much mercy and forgiveness Lord Voldemort has in his heart. All in all, Draco is not having a particularly nice day.
Chapter 12: Return
Harry and his friends return to Hogwarts. Join them for the Beginning of Term Feast.
Chapter 13: Surprised Attack
Death Eaters, don't they know there are just some people you shouldn't mess with? Find out about Draco's latest fiasco.
Chapter 14: Working It All In
Harry and his friends have returned to Hogwarts. There is a lot that Harry needs to do - find and destroy Horcruxes, dodge Death Eaters, learn how (if he can) he can hope to destroy Voldemort. How is he going to work it all in?
Chapter 15: Happy Dreams
Harry has been asked to restart the DA in order to teach other students how to defend themselves. But he has his classes, his extra sessions, and, of course, his task. How can he be expected to teach the DA on top of all of that? As for his task - he doesn't know where to turn next. These worries plague Harry as he drifts off to sleep.
Chapter 16: The Slughorn Method
Harry, Ron, and Hermione have their first DADA class with Professor Tonks. What kind of professor will Tonks be?
Chapter 17: Unraveling Mysteries
Harry receives a key from Hagrid that is supposed to help unlock the secrets of Hogwarts. What will happen when he enters the Founder's Study?
Chapter 18: Flight
Draco is sent to Azkaban after being captured during the fiasco of an attack on the Weasley twin's joke shop. Can he survive his ordeal? Will their master rescue them from Azkaban as Snape said he would? And if Voldemort does recue him, what will happen to Draco after failing his master again?
Chapter 19: A Day of Defense
Harry has an extra defense session with Tonks, Lupin, and Bill. Then he has his first meeting of the re-established DA. It all adds up to a really long day.
Chapter 20: A Shadow in the Night
Harry has been offered help in locating a missing Horcrux. But this help can only be had by meeting a black robed figure on a dark night in Godric's Hollow at the site his parent's destroyed home. He's been instructed to come alone. Is it a trap? And if he does get the information, can he trust it?
Chapter 21: Lessons
Harry finds out that not all lessons are learned in the class room. What kind of lessons can a guy learn when he makes two Witches mad at him? Or more appropriately, what kind of trouble can a guy get into when he makes two Witches mad at him?
Chapter 22: Powers That He Knows Nothing Of
Harry begins to delve into new-found powers that astound not only him, but also those around him. Are these new powers what the Prophecy foretold? Will they be enough to allow Harry to destroy Voldemort and survive?
Chapter 23: Of Love and Magic
Oh Draco, you naughty boy, what have you done now?
Chapter 24: Flight and Fight
Harry, Ron, and Neville race to rescue Hermione and Ginny from Draco and Snape. Can the three of them storm a mountain castle protected by a horde of Death Eaters lead by Draco and Snape? Even if they can, will they be able to evade their enemies as they race across Britain to the safety of Hogwarts?
Chapter 25: Into Oblivion
Draco has failed his dark master once again. If he returns to Voldemort he will be killed - very slowly and very painfully. What can he do to save not only him self but also his mother?
Chapter 26: Recovery
Ginny recovers from her injuries during the battle at the Hogwarts main gate. and Harry thinks about the next Horcrux. But before he leaves to retrieve it, he learns something of great importance from the three Founders.
Chapter 27: Promises Made, Promises Kept
Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny continue their search for Voldemort's Horcruxes. True to form, Harry tries to keep the others safe, and they try to convince him they are with him no matter what the danger is. Will Harry be able to keep the other three safe and still secure the next Horcrux?
Chapter 28: Hospital Wing Again
Harry has obtained another Horcrux, but at a high price. Hermione, Ron, and Ginny are asked some hard questions by McGonagall and Pomfrey that force them to make a decision that should be Harry's to make. Can his three friends do what they must to help Harry as he battles for his life?
Chapter 29: The Long Road to Recovery
Harry has been released from the hospital wing. Now he must learn to use his injured hand again. His friends try to help him, but the road to his recovery is long and bumpy. Will it be more than even the Boy Who Lived can handle?
Chapter 30: Learning to Use Love
Harry starts exploring his new found talents. The results are more than he could have hoped for. As he learns, he teaches Ron, Hermione, and Ginny how to increase the effectiveness of their spellwork too. But some of what he can do may be more than Hermione can handle.
Chapter 31: Not Ordinary Magic
As Harry begins to learn to use his new found power he, and those who see what he can do, discovers it is not ordinary magic.
Chapter 32: Biting Tea Cups
The foursome starts learning how to use their newfound talent and the Founders start working with them individually. Harry and Ginny are shown a new spell. Can their newly discovered talent really be the key to finally destroying Voldemort? How will Mr. and Mrs. Weasley handle being shown just a fraction of what these four young people can do?
Chapter 33: Hermione’s Tasks
Hermione has her first meeting with Ravenclaw and finds out just what the Founders have planned for her. It's much more than just research. Will she be up to the task she's given?
Chapter 34: Ron’s Task
Ron learns that being the strategist in the campaign against Voldemort requires some hard decisions and is not without personal costs. Will he be able to make decisions and devise plans that put not only himslef and Harry in danger, but also everyone he holds dear to his heart?
Chapter 35: Ginny’s Tasks
It is Ginny's turn to find out what her tasks will be during the battle to defeat Voldemort. Has she got what it takes to complete her tasks? If not then everything will probably go terribly wrong for the side of light.
Chapter 36: The Unknown Horcrux
There is still one Horcrux that Harry does not know where it is hidden or even what it is. Unless he and his friends can find this unknown Horcrux, Harry will stand no chance what-so-ever of destroying Voldemort.
Chapter 37: Time Is Running Out
Time is running out for Harry. He feels the final confrontation with Lord Voldemort closing in on him. Ron is worring about the validity of the plans he has devised with Gryffindor's help. But they must keep pressing on. They still have to destroy the two Horcruxes they have. And what is Dumbledore hiding from Harry?
Chapter 38: Scrimgeour’s Choice
Harry knows the time he must meet Voldemort is drawing ever closer. It is time to start putting their plans for the final battle in motion. Every time Minister of Magic Scrimgeour has asked Harry for help, Harry has flatly turned him down. Now it is Harry's turn to ask Scrimgeour for help. Will Scrimgeour hold a grudge or will he forgive Harry and give the help he's asked for?
Chapter 39: The Plan
The final battle to decide the fate of both the Wizarding and Muggle worlds draws ever nearer. And as it does, Harry, Ron, Ginny, and Hermione start putting their plans for the final conflagation into motion. But for them to be successful they must gain the cooperation of the Minister of Magic, the Order of the Phoenix, the Hogwarts staff, and others. Can they overcome the ill feelings that have been building between some of these groups?
Chapter 40: Poking the Dragon - Part 1
The final battle loomes ever nearer and the foursome put Ron's carefully crafted plans into motion. As the plan progresses they quickly pass the point of no return. They are now committed. Soon, very soon, the final battle will upon them. Will all the pieces of the plan fall into place, or will something go wrong that will bring doom to everyone in the Wizarding World?
Chapter 41: Poking the Dragon - Part 2
The dragon has been poked and now all there is to do is see what his response will be. His response is quick, and very typically Voldemort. This is the last two days left to the foursome before the dragon comes knocking at their door.
Chapter 42: The Dragon Comes Calling
Ron’s carefully crafted plan has been put into action. Now Harry, along with his friends, must hurridly gather their forces. Will all those they were hoping would fight along side of them agree to join in this, the final battle? Can Harry manage to get everyone to Hogwarts in time and in secret?
Chapter 43: Enter The Dragon
Voldemort stands at the gates of Hogwarts. He is determined to gain two things he really wants; Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and Harry Potter. Both are just beyond the gates; just beyond his grasp. But not for long.
Chapter 44: Grabbing the Dragon by the Tail
The final battle begins as Harry and his friends, along with Ministry workers and the Order of the Pheonix brace themselves to defend Hogwarts - and the entire Wizarding world.
Chapter 45: A Prophecy Fulfilled
The final battle rages on. A wall of green light closes in on Harry where the pain of the loss of Ron and Hermione has left him crumpled. The Prophecy that has plagued Harry all his life is about to be fulfilled. What fate awaits Harry – and the entire Wizarding World?
