Start of Something?
It was just any other morning breakfast at Hogwarts. But any other Hogwarts breakfast wouldn't have your major crush having a normal conversation with you nor would it have the most popular guy in school, out of the blue, suddenly want to hang out with you.
Vivian's Plan, Sirius' Musings and Remus' Decision
Plans are formed, Revelations are realized, Feelings are founded and Decisions are decided. All this in one night.
And So It Begins
Dollie gets a makeover, gets herself saved by Sirius instead of Remus (to her dismay!), and lands a date with Sirius Black. Sacrifices have to be made to get what you want (or the one you love in this case.)
A Date with Dollie Kent/Sirius Black
Will it be a day to remember or a day to forget? A dream date or a date disaster? That's what Dollie and Sirius are about to find out.
A Rude Awakening
Dollie gets a rude awakening, figuratively and literally! What's Sirius' plan to win her back? Did it work? And Dollie gets a social rude awakening when she finds out first-hand what happens when she 'stole' the most wanted male in Hogwarts!
Encounters of the Odd Kind
James receives his punishment and it isn’t pretty. Sirius receives his own punishment in the form of detention, which Dollie accompanies him to. On the way back to the tower, she bumps into an unexpected person in the most unexpected way. Is it a good thing or a bad thing?
The star-crossed teens don't just have their feelings to worry about. O.W.Ls are on the way, with lessons on foul-mouthed ferrets, knotted fingers and an unlikely development on the relationship between Remus and Dollie making things just a wee bit more complicated.
Nothing Will Come Out Of It
Dollie promised herself that she would use the tutouring sessions as a way to befriend Remus. Remus vowed that his feelings would not get in the way of his teaching. Promises and Vows are meant to be broken.
Out of Reach
A disturbing dream leads Dollie feel the danger that lurks in the impending wizard war. But all is not woe as a lesson on defence and a romp in the fallen autumn leaves proves that joy and happiness still exists in the world, however brief.
The Very First Time
There's a first time for everything, including how love came to blossom. But some things also never seem to change, including teenage awkwardness.
Sirius leaves Dollie behind for the Potters during Christmas break, with only Remus for company. Sounds like an early Christmas present? Not exactly. So much for 'tis the season to be jolly'.
A Very Gryffindor Christmas
A magical Christmas Eve and morning forces Dollie and Remus to realize that miracles are entirely within the realm of possibility, especially when they're the only two Gryffindors in Hogwarts. And that the best gifts are ones from the heart.
Good News for People Who Love Bad News
Dollie, Remus, Sirius and even Vivian receive 'good' news, depending on how you look at it. Either way, these news bring serious reprecussions for all.
Shocking Revelations & Unmet Expectations
Vivian's bombshell isn't the only unexpected complication, not after Dollie realizes something equally if not more shocking. The Marauders also realize that becoming Animagi isn't as easy as James promised.
A Momentary Lapse of Reason
Teenagers aren't as clever as they believe themselves to be. James, Peter, Sirius, Dollie and Vivian learn this the hard way. Then again, what other way is there? Meanwhile, Dollie inadvertently lets her guard down with Sirius, resulting in an upcoming momentous event.
Turning sixteen is anything but sweet, at least that's what Dollie thinks. Then again, with Sirius organizing the party, a party she'll co-share with Remus and maybe it won't be such a bad night after all...
Inside everyone, there is a monster desperate to escape, to unleash hell on the unsuspecting innocent. For Remus, it is tonight.
Asleep at Heaven's Gate
The fallout from the attack proves to be a deadlier affair, from rampant guilt to blackmail. Secrets are threatened to be exposed and it is up to Dollie to ultimately decide if she's willing to pay the price for the truth to stay buried.
Locked Hearts & Hand Grenades
Fresh from her hospital release, a new reveal gives Dollie new hope and renewed strength to preserve her heart while Remus struggles to come to terms with his violent crime. But consequences are unforgiving and so is Sirius.
Let the Sky Fall
Dollie's world starts to crumble around her but she won't drown alone. Dreams have swept her away all this while but she finds the shore and knows what must be done, even if it kills her.
Thinking About Forever
The Career Advice sessions yield interesting results and for Professor McGonagall, insight into the troubled minds of a damsel who no longer wanted to be in distress, a white knight turned black and a monster with a heart of gold. Each wanted to take control of their own destiny and it was up to Professor McGonagall to lend a guiding hand.
They say you always hurt the one you love. They obviously haven't met Dollie and Sue. A Defence Against the Dark Arts class takes their rivalry to new heights while the least likely person imaginable goes to Dollie for help.
Don't Give Away the End
Dollie and Remus try to right past wrongs albeit in very different ways. Guilt is an all-powerful feeling that threatens to engulf them and all the apologies in the world can't erase the guilt that festers inside. They will have an ending: Dollie, Remus and Sirius. Whether it is happy or tragic remains to be seen.
Between Raising Hell and Amazing Grace
Fed up of being a victim and toyed with, Dollie confronts Sue in an attempt to reclaim her life. And while she missed the climatic event that destroyed a years-long friendship, the aftermath served her a sobering truth. That bullies in all forms were hell and few had the grace to cope.
If Not Now, When?
Justice is a dish best served boiling hot. Tempers flair and emotions run high as Dollie and Sue duke it out one more time. Remus is the calm in Dollie's storm as they both tip-toe towards what they've been too afraid to want but have waited for for a long time: each other.
Faced with daunting future prospects, Sirius severs his ties with ‘The Noble and Most Ancient House of Black’ forever. With a long summer ahead, he chooses the least likely (and most inadvisable) place to seek shelter.
Meet the Kents
Sirius is about to have the most harrowing experience of his life: meeting and gaining the approval of Dollie's family. Never one to back down from a challenge, Sirius rises up and charges forward. He is rewarded with more than a few interesting revelations.
Only Fools Rush In
As Sirius works to get the Kents to fall in love with him, Dollie seems intent on keeping her feelings close to her chest. It might take a certain rock & roll muggle superstar to help tip the scales in Sirius' favour. O.W.L results are also revealed and Sirius issues an ultimatum to Dollie that will cause a ripple effect.
Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
All good things come to an end. Such is the case with Dollie, Vivian, Lily, James, Sirius, Remus and Peter as they graduate from Hogwarts. Before they march ahead to their future, Dumbledore makes them an offer they can't refuse that will change the course of all their lives. They shed their skins as students but it won't be the only thing they are taking off!
La Vie en rose
Life after Hogwarts has been an adjustment but one that Dollie is more than happy to make. Still, rose-coloured glasses can have cracks. As Dollie grapples with her feelings for Sirius while facing an uncertain future, Sirius takes a bold gamble on their complicated relationship that he hopes will pay off big.
The Show Must Go On
Weddings are supposed to be beautiful, wonderful and above all, romantic. Love is in the air but woefully misplaced. Fairy-tales aren’t real. The hero doesn’t always win. Romances fail. When things go horribly wrong, sometimes it is best to keep smiling and find the will to carry on, even if the heart suffers in the process. Dollie knows this better than anyone.
For Whom the Bell Tolls
Halloween, 1981. The worst night of Sirius' life.
