Chapter name- "The Dream"

Draco had fallen asleep several hours ago, Hermione in his arms. But now, he was plagued by dreams.

~~The dream~~

"Draco, step forward. You have decided you no longer wish to be with us? This cannot happen. You WILL remain faithful to the dark powers, or you will feel the wrath of the Dark Lord."

Draco did not step forward, instead when Voldemort had finished speaking, he turned, and ran. He knew Voldemort would do this, so he had a plan. Run until he could run no more, then apparate to any place he could. Then he would try to start over. Change his name, become a Healer. Always on the run. But he would survive. He couldn’t take living in the Dark Magic world anymore.

He ran, his footsteps pounding the ground, echoing through his ears. The place he wanted to be so far off, just barely in reach…

He ran faster and faster, until his legs were ready to give out, then he pushed on. He fell to the ground, knives had cut through his back, slashed it in so many directions. He had a feeling Plan A wouldn’t work, so he had also had the thought in the back of his mind to go to St. Mungo's instead. He followed this plan of action, knowing he could get treatment without questions. He got as close as he could to the building, rushed in, blood rushing from his back. He tried his best to keep from screaming out in pain. The knives didn’t fall out after they finished their business. The stayed in his back. Every time he moved, he felt it cut further…

He fell to the floor of the building, not seeing anyone before everything faded to the pitch black that now tempted his eyes.

"Draco! Wake up!" She was shaking him. He opened his eyes slightly. He realized he had been sweating.

"You were screaming in your sleep." She knelt beside him, pushing a stray hair behind her ears.

"Really?" He didn’t even think he was dreaming. He honestly thought he was back there, in the pain that had overwhelmed him.

"Are you ok?"

"Yeah, Im fine." He sat up, and she sat next to him.

They just sat and thought.

Back to Harry and Crystal.

Harry watched as Crystal slept. She was peaceful, and he didn’t know why. For the past few days, she had been plagued by evils he couldn’t fight for her. Dreams that had not haunted her before.

She moved slightly, then her eyes opened. She smiled at the sight of Harry. She moved to him in the chair across from the couch she had slept on for well over three hours.

She wrapped herself in his arms. She wanted him near. His safety, his comfort, his love.

"Are you ok?" He asked quietly, leaning back so she could rest her head on his chest.

"Yes, I'm fine. Harry, we've got to get rid of those horcruxes. That’s the only way this is going to stop. Now he's haunting us constantly, and I don’t know what else to do." She looked him in the eye.

"I know, and I've done some searching, and I.. I went out the other night and destroyed the second to last one. There's only this last one, but I don’t know what it is..."

"I know, I watched you leave. And I know the last one, but I don’t know where it is. He hid it. I think its at my old house. Can we go there some time and check it out? We can leave Lily with Hermione."

"Yeah, I think we can do that. But what do you think about her and Malfoy? I think they are hiding something. I think they are together. But I don’t know, and I am not going to call her out on it. I don’t want her upset too."

"I know, Ron's a mess after the break up. Yeah, I think I trust Draco. I mean, he did save me and all." She kind of laughed at herself.

Time passed for a while, Harry and Crystal were searching for what the last horcrux was. She was no longer plagued by the dreams she had before. They were now packing, and Hermione had agreed to watch Lily for them. They were only going to be gone for three days, so it wasn’t a big deal.

"Do you have everything, Crystal?"

"Yeah, when are we going, Harry?"

"As soon as possible. Dumbledore said he could be here soon while everyone is out of the house, so he can make the shelter." He smiled at her, and handed Lily to Hermione after kissing the baby on the forehead.

"Hermione, everything you will need is in the kitchen, and we will write when we are heading back so you can come back before-hand. We'll see you soon." Crystal hugged her friend. Everything had been shrunk down so they could out it all in Harry's backpack. They had borrowed Gryffindor's sword from Dumbledore. She took Harry's hand, closed her eyes and apparated.

A/N: Sorry its shorter than its predecessors, but it had to be cut here, otherwise it would have seemed jumbled. Well, read and review please. J
