“Ronald!” Hermione called from the back door of her family home.

It had been over a week since Ron and Hermione had arrive at her house.  They had spent there time visiting with Hermione's parents.  Hermione was enjoying her time at home, but Ron had begun to disappear for long periods of time as he was not enjoying himself at all.

Hermione now began to scan the backyard as her face now grew more desperate.  “Ron, please answer me.”  She now began to plead.

Hermione caught sight of Ron's face as he peeked out from behind the garage.  “Ron, you can come out now, my parents have left for work.” She was growing, frustrated with Ron's new hobby of hiding from her mother.

Ron began to smile as he left his hiding spot and now approached Hermione.  “Were you calling me?  I didn't hear you.  I was just checking out your parents garage so I could tell my father about it.”  Ron smiled innocently.

“Don't try to pretend for me, Ronald Weasley I know exactly what you are doing!”  Hermione's voice now raised as she began to fold her arms across her chest as she stared angrily at him.

“Bloody hell, Hermione!  Your mother is driving me crazy.  If she hugs me one more time or checks out my teeth, I am going to go mad.” Ron now protested as he pleaded his case.  He quickly tucked his hands in his pockets as he stood in front of Hermione, starring at her feet.

Hermione placed her hand gently on his chin as she lifted it to face her.  “Ron, you shouldn't be afraid of my mother, she simply is trying to show you that she like you.” Hermione spoke softly to him.

Ron was stunned for a second.  He was not prepared for this tone of voice.  He had grown so accustomed to her constant yelling at him, he wasn't sure how to respond.  “Your not mad at me?” Ron mumble in fear.

Hermione wrapped her arms tightly around his neck and pulled him closer to her.  Gently she pressed her lips to his as she kissed him passionately  Ron's jaw fell open as he stood gasping at her as she pulled back

Hermione began to laugh as she looked at Ron's miserable expression.  “What's wrong Won Won?  Don't you like it when I kiss you?” Hermione watched as Ron's face began to blush.  “Did you think I had forgotten that name?” Hermione now giggled loudly.

“No, I just.........” Ron was interrupted as an owl dropped a letter on top of them.

Hermione quickly picked the letter up as she began to grin at the name of the sender.  As she looked up she could see Ron patiently waiting for her.

“Well?...........Who is it from?  Is it from Harry or Ginny?” Ron asked curious as to who had sent the letter.

Hermione began to blush as she tried to hide the letter.  “It's no one Ron, just an old friend.”

Ron quickly stole the letter and began to read the name.  His face began to grow angry. “What is that bloody git doing writing you.” Ron shouted his face was now redder than ever before.

Hermione quickly grabbed Ron's shoulders as she tried to calm him. “Ron he means nothing to me.  He is just a friend.” Hermione spoke softly trying to keep him calm.

“Viktor Krum!” Ron screeched out loud.  “That bloody pumpkin head.  Why are you still talking to him?” Ron was getting more angry by the second.

Hermione grabbed Ron's face as she forced him to look at her.  “Ron, I love you and only you!  He means nothing to me.  You are the one I want to spend my life with and you are the only one I have ever wanted to spend my life with.” Hermione looked intensely into Ron's eyes.  “If you had just asked me to the Yule Ball, I would never have started talking to him in the first place.” Hermione smiled trying to cheer him up.

Ron began to relax a little.  “I am just worried, Hermione.  I don't want to loose you.  I.....I......wouldn't know what to do without you.” Ron began to put his arms around her waist.  He pulled her closer as he rested his head on her shoulder.

Hermione didn't say anything, but simply held him back as she stroked the back of his head.  Ron lifted his head up to look at her.  Hermione looked back as she smiled at him.

“Do you feel better now?” She asked with concern.  “I will rip it up if you want?”

“No, it's ok.” Ron mumbled back.

Hermione began to give him a mischievous look as she wrapped her arms around his neck.  “You parents will be gone for sometime!  Maybe I could make it up to you.”

Ron's attention now perked up as he smiled back at her.  “What did you have in mind?” He asked quietly as he kissed her on the lips.

“Well, we could go to my room an snog awhile.” She responded as she turned and lead him by the hand into the house.

Ron began to smile and stumbled after her into the house.  The door slamming shut behind them.

A few days had passed.  It was early morning and Hermione was just finishing writing a letter.  She stood up as she sealed the letter in an envelope.  She opened her window and gave the letter to her family's owl who was waiting patiently.  “Deliver it quickly.” She whispered as she sent the owl on its way.  Hermione began to smile as she closed the window.  Slowly she began to turn around.  She jumped back as she clutched her heart.

“Ron!  You scared me half to death.  How long have you been standing there.” Hermione asked as she tried to slow her breathing.

“Who were you writing?  You seem to be very happy about it.” Ron asked, his face a little angered.

“Honestly Ronald, your not still jealous over that letter?” Hermione rolled her eyes as she approached him.  She wrapped her arms tightly around his waist as she smiled up at him.

“How am I supposed to feel?  My girl friend receiving letters from a stupid git.” Ron began to sulk.

“I would think that the letter I just sent would make you happy?”  She said as she kissed him gently.

Ron look at her confused by her statement.  “Why would it make me happy?”

“You silly boy, I was writing your sister to tell her we are coming back today!” Hermione grinned as Ron began to smile.

“We are leaving today?” Ron asked excitedly.  “Can we leave now?” Ron tried to turn in an attempt to run to his room and pack.

Hermione pulled Ron back into her arms.  “We are not leave yet.  There is one thing I want you to do for me first.”  Hermione smiled at him.  Ron's eyes began to glow as he pulled her closer to him.  “Not that!” Hermione slapped his shoulder as she began to giggle.  “I want you to come with me and spend a few hours with my parents and I don't want you disappearing on me.” Hermione began to look serious at him.

“Anything but that!” Ron said as his face sunk in horror.

“For me Won Won!” Hermione pleaded as she batted her eyes at him.

Ron blushed brightly as he stared at her.  “Only if you promise to never call me that again.” Ron laughed.

“I promise!”  Hermione answered as she grabbed him by the hand and dragged him to find her parents.  Ron moaning as he was dragged out of the room.

It had been two weeks since Hermione and Ron left the Burrow.  Everything had been quiet around the house.  There had been no more attacks or signs of Death Eaters.  The Ministry had decided that the attack was by a lone Death Eater and that he had acted alone.  Harry was not sure whether to believe this or not, but he was glad that for the first time he could relax and enjoy himself.  Even his nightmares had seem to have gone away.

It was late afternoon, Harry had decided to go for a walk.  Ginny was busy helping her mother.  Harry's birthday was, but a few days away and Mr. Weasley wanted to clean the house in preparation for the guests that were invited.  Harry had offered to help, but Molly would not hear of it.  Ginny simple told Harry to enjoy himself and that she would join him when she finished.

Harry found a quite spot next to a tree, where he was out of view from the house.  He laid down on the ground and began to watch the clouds as they floated high above in the summer sky.  Harry watched as an owl flew high above him on its way to the house.  Harry began to remember his owl, Hedwig.  He used to love to take her out and watch her fly around.  Harry closed his eyes as he allowed his mind to drift in thought.  His mind flooded with images from the past as he lay day dreaming.

Harry was startled as he felt something jumping on top of him.  He felt someone grab his arms pining them above his head.  Harry opened his eyes and saw a face inches above his own.

“Miss me, Love!”  Ginny smiled at Harry as she held him down.

“Ginny!  You scared me half to death!” Harry said as he tried to slow his racing heart.

“You should be scared,”  Ginny teased as she brushed her nose on Harry's. “Because now I have you right where I want you.”

“You really think you have me, do you?” Harry grinned at her.

“What do you think your going to do about it?” Ginny laughed as she continued to hold him down.

Harry pushed himself up, causing Ginny to tumble on to her back.  He quickly climbed on top of her as he smiled down at her.  Ginny began to protest her new situation, but Harry would not release her.

“Now who has the advantage?” Harry laughed.

“That's no fair Harry, you are stronger than me.” Ginny pouted.

“Well maybe I should make you pay for scaring me like that.” Harry said as he began to tickle Ginny's sides.

Ginny bucked wildly as she tried to free herself from Harry's attack.  She began to Giggle uncontrollable as she tried to grab Harry's hands.

“ it, Ha..Ha..Harry!” Ginny laughed as she wiggled her body under his.

Harry ceased his attack, as he leaned forward pressing his lips tightly to Ginny's

“You don't play fair.” Ginny pouted as Harry lifted his head.

“Oh, but you enjoy it!” Harry smiled as he teased her.

Harry rolled over, as he laid on his back next to Ginny.  Ginny rolled over and rested her head on Harry's chest.  She began to caress Harry's shoulder with her hand.

“So, what are you doing here? I thought you were helping your mother.”  Harry said as he caressed Ginny's hair.

“I was, but I got a letter from Hermione and I wanted to tell you what she said.”  Ginny began to close her eyes and smile as Harry stroked her fiery red hair.  His soft touch was sending shivers through out her body.

“So...What did she say?” Harry asked.

“What?” Ginny's mind was spinning in desire, she was finding it hard to concentrate.

“Hermione!  What did her letter say?” Harry laughed as he watched Ginny.

“Oh....I'm sorry!” Ginny responded as she snapped out of her trance.  “She wrote to tell me that they would be returning tonight.  Ron has been driving her crazy, I guess he is tired of all the attention he is getting.” Ginny giggled as she began to crawl back on top of Harry.  She sat on him straddling his waist as she leaned forward and began to kiss him passionately.

“What.....has gotten......into” Harry tried to speak between kisses.

“Can't I kiss you?” Ginny teased as she continued kissing Harry.

“Don't you think this will look a little strange when your parents catch us like this.?”  Harry laughed.

“Maybe I should let them catch us?”  Ginny flirted as she sat up and rubbed Harry's chest.

“Oh!  Your such a tease.”  Harry responded. “I'm going to have to get you for that.” Harry launched his hands at Ginny's sides as he began to tickle her.

Ginny began to laugh as she broke free from Harry's hands.  She jumped up and ran back to the house, giggling all the way.  Harry jumped up quickly and chased after her.

Ginny and Harry were busily trying to set the table, as Molly stood at the stove preparing dinner.  Ginny was trying her best to distract Harry as she teased and flirted with him.  Harry could only respond by giving her a look of warning to let her know he would get her back later.  Ginny ignored his warnings as she stuck her tongue out at him.

Ginny was startled as she heard the back door open.  She quickly straightened up as she tried to act innocent.  Harry could only laugh as he watched her.

“Hello family!” Mr. Weasley announced as he entered the house.  He stood in front of the door as Molly approached and hugged him.  “Seems I have found a present sitting outside the door when I got home!” Mr. Weasley spoke as he finished hugging his wife.

The three watched as he stepped aside holding his arms toward the door to announce the gifts arrival.  Hermione and Ron now stepped into the house.  Mrs. Weasley squeaked in excitement as she began to give them both a big hug.  Harry and Ginny smiled as they watched their friends return.

Ron began to protest as his mother continued to hug and kiss him, “Mum, it's not like I have been gone forever.  It has only been a couple of weeks.”

Molly stopped as she smiled at them.  “Can't a mother worry about her children?”

Ron began to blush as Hermione began to laugh at him.

“So tell me dear, how was your trip?” Molly asked as she took Hermione's hand and pulled her into the room.  “Are your parents good?  They must miss you dearly?”

“It was great!” Hermione smiled as she sat down at the table.  “My parents are doing well.  They were very happy to see us.  Especially my mother, she was very happy to see Ron again.”

Harry began to laugh out loud at this.  Ginny quickly slapped his shoulder to make him stop, as she turned and giggled.  Ron began to shoot them looks of anger.

Ron made his way to the table as he sat next to Hermione.  Harry and Ginny sat across from them, as Mr. Weasley sat at the head of the table.  Molly began to place the food on the table before them.  They began to eat as Hermione told them of their trip to see her family.

After dinner Mr. Weasley asked the four of them to join him in the sitting room as he had something to give them.  Molly stayed in the kitchen cleaning as she smiled knowingly at them.  They proceeded into the room where they sat down and watched as Mr. Weasley smiled widely at them.

“What is it?” Ginny asked as she grew impatient.

Mr. Weasley reached into his pocket and pulled out four envelopes.  They could clearly see the Hogwart's emblem on the back of each letter.  Mr. Weasley began to hand them each an envelope.

“I don't understand, if these are our Hogwart's letters then why are you delivering them instead of an owl.” Harry asked as he turned the letter over reading the name on the front.

“Professor McGonagall was at the Ministry as she was talking to Mr. Shaklebolt.  It seems she has been named temporarily, as the new Head Mistress of Hogwarts.  She asked me to give them to you.” Mr. Weasley smiled at them proudly.  “Go on, open them.”  He began to insist.

The four began to open their letters.  Harry and Ginny began to study their list of classes and supplies they needed.  Ron and Hermione were excited as they had both had been made prefects once again.  Harry and Ginny smiled as they congratulated the two.

Mr. Weasley interrupted them as he began to speak.  “There is one more thing.” He began to smile as he placed his hand in his pocket and pulled out something.  “Professor McGonagall asked me to give these to you personally.  She said that you Harry, would probably enjoy this the most as your parents both had one.” He handed Ginny and Harry  two small objects as he began to grin widely.

Harry and Ginny turned the small pins around in their palms as they began to stare at each other in shock.

“Well, what is it?” Hermione asked impatiently.

“They are head boy and Girl badges.” Ginny answered, her face in a state of shock.

“That is great!” Hermione shrieked.  “It is just like your parents Harry, you and Ginny as head boy and girl.”

Harry attempted a smile, but did not respond.  He stood up and began to leave the room.  Ginny frowned as she began to worry about Harry.

“What has gotten into him?” Ron asked as they all watched him leave.

Ginny quickly jumped up and left to follow Harry.

Harry closed the door to his room as he made his way to his bed.  He picked up his picture of his parents as he laid down on the bed.  He began to trace the images with his finger as he stared blankly at it.

There was a soft knocking on his door as it began to open.  Ginny entered his room as she slowly closed the door behind her.

“Are you ok, love?” Ginny asked as she approached Harry and sat down beside him.

“I am ok!” Harry said softly.

Ginny laid down on her side and curled up next to Harry as he placed his arm around her neck, allowing her to rest her head on his shoulder.  She began to look at the picture that Harry held.  A small smile began to form on her lips.

“They look so Happy!” Ginny whispered.

Harry smiled a little as he placed the picture beside him on the bed.  “They loved each other very much.” Harry spoke softly as he took Ginny's hand entwining their fingers together.  “They were married not to long after school.” Harry said as he kissed the back of Ginny's hand.

“I know Harry.” Ginny responded as she squeezed his hand.  “Are you upset about the badges?” Ginny began to look at Harry's face for any sign to explain his actions.

“No,” Harry paused as he let go of her hand and turned to face her.  He placed his hand on her waist as he began to rub her side gently. “I guess I was just a little overwhelmed by it.  I never expected to be made head boy, and now everything is just like my parents.”  Harry smiled as he kissed her gently.  “You and me, just like my mom and dad.” He began to close his eyes as he though of his parents.

Ginny caressed his face softly as she smiled at him.  Gently she pressed her lips to his as she began to kiss him.  Harry returned the kiss deeper, as he pulled her tightly to him.  Ginny began to blush as her mind filled with images of her and Harry married.

Harry smiled as he noticed her reddening face.  “What are you thinking about?”

Ginny grew embarrassed as she tried to hide her face in Harry's chest.  “Nothing, I was just thinking about you.” Ginny's voice was slightly muffled as she hid from his gaze.

“......And what exactly is it about me that makes you blush?” Harry teased.

“Can we go to Diagon Ally tomorrow and get our supplies?” Ginny asked as she tried to distract Harry from his question.

“I think that would be ok.  I don't think your mum will mind.”  Harry answered.

“Let's go back down stairs and tell Ron and Hermione.” Ginny said as she jumped up, pulling Harry with her.

Harry followed her downstairs as he puzzled over her actions.

Ginny hardly slept all night, she was to excited as she thought about the up coming trip to Diagon Ally.  It wasn't the thought of shopping for school that had her so excited, but the gift she planed to buy for Harry's birthday.

When Ginny finally saw the sun beginning to rise  through her window, she quickly jumped out of bed and began to get dressed.  She wanted every thing to be perfect today and in order to keep Harry from suspecting her true intentions, she decided to distract him by dressing extra sexy for him.  She put on a very tight pair of black muggle jeans that Hermione had bought her and a black shirt which did not cover her stomach all the way.  She knew how much it drove Harry crazy when he caught a glimpse of her bare skin.

Ginny had changed alot over the years since she had first seen Harry, the day he and Ron first left for Hogwarts.  Most of those changes had occurred over the summer.  She was quickly transforming into a very beautiful woman.  This was something Harry had repeatedly reminded her, when ever they were alone.  She new how much she drove Harry crazy when she dressed this way and though she never planned to go any further then their intense snogging sessions, she found her new look very useful in getting her way with Harry.  Ginny smiled brightly as she stared into her mirror, as she brushed her hair.

“Your looking very nice today, your going to drive him crazy.” Ginny's mirror responded, as she finished her hair.  Ginny smiled as she thanked the mirror.

Ginny quickly made her way out of her room as she made her way down stairs to breakfast.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione were talking as they ate their breakfast.  Harry was constantly watching the stairs as he waited for Ginny to appear.

“They made you and Ginny head boy and girl!”  Ron said in disgust as the thought of his sister being over him was and insult to him.

Hermione slapped his arm in disappointment of his remark.  “You should be happy for them, just imagine the four of us in charge.  It will be a great year.”  Hermione's eyes lit up with the possibilities.

“Yeah Ron or are you just threatened by your sister being over you.”  Ginny smirked as she stuck her tongue out at him.  She had arrived at the table just in time to hear her brothers complaint.

“Your such a child.”  Ron protested.

“That's enough of this.”  Mrs. Weasley said putting an end to the feud.  “I am happy for all of you.  Ronald you will mind your sister, she may be younger, but she is head girl.”

Ginny stuck her tongue out once again as she sat down next to Harry.  Ron quickly tried to protest but thought better of it and settled with giving her a glaring look.

Harry could only laugh at the two.  Before whispering in Ginny's ear.  “Go easy on him love, we don't want him sulking all year.”

Ginny smiled back at him.  “I will try for you, love.  But he started it.”

Harry gave her a pleading look.  Ginny smiled and began to restrain herself.

Mrs. Weasley broke in as she said, “There is a lot to do we don't have time for all of this.  There are books and supplies to be bought and Harry's birthday is only a couple of days away.  There is too much to do with you all fighting among each other.”  Mrs. Weasley gave her children a stern look.

“We can go get our supplies mum!”  Ginny insisted.

“I am not sure about that with all that has happened!  The four of you all alone.”  Mrs. Weasley looked at her husband for guidance.

“They will be okay, Molly.  They have handled worse over the last year.”  Mr. Weasley said trying to reassure his wife.

“Harry will look after me, won't you Harry?”  Ginny said smiling at Harry.

“Oh, yes I will make sure nothing happens to her.  I promise.”  Harry responded

“Well I guess it will be okay, but you go straight there and back and the first sign of trouble you will return immediately.”  Mrs. Weasley said with a stern look.  “Don't be to long there are a lot of chores to be done.”

“We promise mum!”  Ginny responded.

“And if you see George tell him, he needs to come by more often.  You would think he was trying to avoid his own mother.” Molly sulked as she sat down at the table.

They wasted no time in finishing breakfast.  Harry and Ginny waited outside as Ron and Hermione went upstairs to finish getting ready.  Ginny and Harry talked as they waited patiently for the other two to arrive.

“It is going to be a great year, Harry.  The two of us as head boy and girl, just like your mum and dad.”  Ginny smiled as she hugged Harry tightly.

Harry smiled at this thought.  ”Just like his parents.”  he thought to himself.

“Why do you suppose they picked us, I mean I understand you, but why me.  Hermione is way better suited for this then me?”  Ginny asked curiously.

“I suppose it has to do with something your father said to me.”  Harry remarked with a frown.

“What do you mean?  What did he say to you?”  Ginny asked as she looked confused at Harry.

“He said that the Ministry was worried about me after what I did at the ceremony.  They are worried that I have some unknown power and they are watching me.  Maybe they think this is the way to watch me and control my actions.”  Harry said as he thought back to his conversation with Mr. Weasley.

“They can't expect that you are dangerous can they.”  Ginny frowned at the possibility of Harry being dangerous.

“No, they know I'm not”  Harry tried to reassure her.  In his mind he was still considering the possibility.

Ron and Hermione had now arrived outside.  The two were joking and laughing as they closed the door behind them.

“Shall we go?”  Hermione asked, eager to get her new school book.

The three nodded and were off.  Ron and Hermione had apperated together.  Harry took Ginny's hand and whisked the two off to Diagon Ally.

As they arrived at Diagon Ally, Harry realized that it might not have been such a good idea for him to come.  The streets were crowded with shoppers eager to get their supplies for the new school year.  Harry could already see many people whispering and pointing in their direction.

“Don't worry love!  I will protect you.” Ginny smile as she wrapped her arm around his.

Harry smiled back as he began to lead the way down the street.  “I need to make a stop at Gringotts.”

“Do you think that is wise?” Hermione said as she paused giving Harry a puzzled look.

Harry suddenly remembered that it wasn't that long ago that they had robbed Gringotts.  “I don't think there will be any problems.  You heard Kingsley, he promised to clear all charges against us.” Harry tried to sound confident, but he was not all to sure himself.

They made their way down the street and up the steps to the bank.  As they entered, they suddenly became aware that all eyes were starring directly at them.  The room was filled with an unnatural silence that sent chill up their spines.

Harry took a deep breath as he proceeded to walk down the row of desks to the one at the end.  An old goblin stared down at them with an angry look on his face.  Harry gasped as he recognized the face of the goblin before him.  It was the same goblin Harry had used the Imperius Curse on.

“Mr. Potter!  The ministry told us that you may be paying a visit again.  I hope this time, you and your friends will behave themselves.” The old goblin grinned at them, at least they hoped it was a grin as it only loosely resembled one.

“Mr. Bogrod!” Harry squeaked as he grew more nervous.  “I hope that the ministry has told you of the circumstances of our last visit.” Harry began to fake a smile as his body began to shake.

“Yes!  But even though you have been cleared of all charges, we are still quite upset over the loss of one of our favorite dragons.  Not to mention the damaged caused as you fled from the scene of the crime.”  Bogrod paused as he smirked at Harry.  “I take it Mr. Potter is here to make a withdrawal?”

“Yes.” Harry stuttered as he tried not to look at him.

“Does Mr. Potter have his key?” Bogrod stared down as his patience began to wear.

Harry held up his key so that Bogrod could see it.  Bogrod snapped his fingers in the air as a younger goblin hurriedly approached.

“Take Mr. Potter to his vault, but don't take your eyes off of him.” Bogrod smiled evilly as he instructed the goblin.

“This way, follow me!” The goblin instructed as he walked away.

“We will meet you outside,” Harry told Ron and Hermione as he took Ginny's hand and followed after the goblin.

“I also need to make a withdrawal,” Hermione mumbled.  Bogrod was barely able to hear her.

Bogrod snapped his fingers once again as another goblin soon appeared to take Hermione to her vault.

Harry and Ginny soon found themselves standing in front of his vault.  Ginny clung tightly to Harry's arm.  She was not very comfortable with her new surroundings.  Harry handed his key to the goblin.  Ginny watched as the goblin placed the key in the door.  She could hear the loud sounds of many locks as they one by one sprung open.  Harry lead her closer as the door began to swing open.  Ginny's eyes began to widen as she spotted the large pile  of coins stacked in the center of the vault.  She grew embarrassed as she realized Harry's true worth.  She had never seen so much money before.  She was a little ashamed that she was so poor.

“Are you ok?” Harry asked as he sensed her discomfort.

“I never realized you had so much.” Ginny spoke without looking at Harry.  She was suddenly unable to look at him, but didn't know why.

Harry cupped his hand gently under her chin as he lifted her face toward him.  “Ginny, I love you!  We are together and what is mine is yours as long as we are together.”

Ginny tried to smile at him, but she was still slightly uneasy about the idea.  “Harry can I ask you something?”

“Anything my love.” Harry smiled as he wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her to him.

“Why did you give Hermione the money to buy my dress?”  Ginny's question caught Harry of guard as he pulled back slightly.  “Were you embarrassed by me being poor?”  Ginny frowned as she finished her question.

“How could you think that?  I love you Ginny and I am proud of you.” Harry responded as he regained his composure.  “How did you know I gave her that money?” Harry asked as he pulled her closer once again.

“Don't be mad at her, Harry.  I made her tell me.” Ginny smiled as she held him back.

“Hermione!  I should have know.” Harry shook his head.  “I did it to make you happy, I knew how much you wanted to look good and I just wanted you to have what you wanted.” Harry smiled as he finished his answer.

“I already have what I want.” Ginny pulled Harry down towards her as she kissed him softly on the lips. “You are all I need, Harry.”  Ginny finished as their lips parted.

“Well that was Bloody pleasant!” Ron laughed as Harry and Ginny now joined them outside.  “I thought for sure we would never make it out.”

“Yeah, I know what you mean.” Harry laughed as he answered.  “Lets get our supplies and go home before they change their minds.”

They quickly made their way down the street.  Hermione waisted no time in dragging them to the book store as she was eager to get her new books.  Ron tried to protest as they raced by the Quidditch shop, but he knew it would do no good.  It did not take long before they had all there supplies and were standing in the middle of the road trying to decide where to go next.

“Harry why don't you take Ron to George's shop and wait for us, there is something I want to show Hermione.”  Ginny said as she kissed him on the cheek.

Harry looked at her confused.  “I don't know, if your mum finds out I let you out of my sight she will kill me!”

“Don't worry Harry, I will be with her.”  Hermione responded.

“Okay, but don't be long.”  Harry said trying to smile.

“I will be there soon, love.  Don't worry!”  Ginny smiled as she grabbed Hermione's hand and dragged her off.

“Women!”  Ron said with a huff.

Harry simply smiled at his friend as he followed Ron off to George's shop.

Ginny lead Hermione down the street till she arrived at her destination.  When they stopped Hermione gave Ginny a confused look.  “Why are we here?”  Hermione asked.

I want to get Harry's birthday present.  I only hope it is still here.”  Ginny looked frantically at the shop before her.

Hermione began to smile as she realized what Ginny had planned.  “Oh! That is the perfect gift for Harry!”  Hermione gushed.

“I only hope the money I saved from the dress will be enough?”  Ginny said with a desperate look in her eyes.

“I am sure it will be, don't worry.  Let's hurray so we can get back before Harry comes looking for us.”  Hermione smiled as the two dashed into the shop.

Ginny was relieved as she spotted the object she was looking for.  “I can't believe it is still here.”  Ginny smiled as she checked the price.  “Oh and I have just enough to buy it!” She was now ecstatic as she raced to the counter to purchase it.  She paid for the gift and gave them instructions on where and when to deliver the package.

“We better get back before Harry starts worrying about you and ruins your surprise.” Hermione said as she watched her friend dance with excitement.

“Yes, your right.  I just can't wait to see his face when he sees it.” Ginny gushed as they began to make their way out of the shop.

George was showing Harry and Ron all his new tricks and gags when Ginny and Hermione returned.  Ginny rushed to Harry's side throwing her arms around him as she smiled widely.  Hermione was smiling just as brightly as she made her way to Ron.

“What are you up to?”  Harry asked as he stared down at Ginny.

“Nothing love, I am just happy to see you.”  Ginny responded.  “Hello George!”  Ginny said as she tried to change the subject.

“Hey sis, how have you been?” George gave Ginny a big hug before greeting Hermione as well.

“I am great!” Ginny smiled back. “Mum says, she wants you to start coming by more often, she is worried about you.”  Ginny told him as she gave him a worried look.

“You have to see all the new things George has!”  Ron said as he dragged Hermione across the store.

“Well, I have been pretty busy lately, but I will try.” George responded with an uneasy look as he watched Ron and Hermione leave.  ”best be back to my customers, got to pay the bills you know.”  George said as he left the two alone.

Harry gave Ginny a strange look as she grabbed hold of him once again and continued to hug him with a big grin.

“I know you are up to something, what is it?”  Harry said insisting on an answer.

“You will just have to wait and see!”  Ginny smiled.

Harry knew better then to push it, so he just shrugged it off and gave her a hug.  The four where soon off.  Ron made sure to drag them off to the Quidditch store.  Hermione tried to complain, but Ginny and Harry were just as eager to go.

“Harry!  Look at the new Firebolt's.  Can you imagine how the Gryffindor team would play if they had those.” Ron smiled as he pressed against the store window.

“Are you going to try out for my team, Harry?” Ginny asked as she hugged him tightly.  “You know I am still captain of the team.”

“I don't know, I haven't played for along time.  Do you think I could pass the trials.?” Harry laughed as he hugged her back.

“I think I could put in a good word.” Ginny giggled.  “And I guess you are welcome to try out as well, Ron.”  Ginny teased as she looked at her brother.

“Yeah thanks!  Just one more thing for you to be over me.” Ron scowled.

Ginny laughed as she stuck her tongue at him.

“We better get home before mum comes looking for us.”  Ron said as he took hold of Hermione's hand.

They all nodded in agreement and soon they were all standing once again out side the Burrow.
