It was a warm sunny afternoon in the Burrow.  The house was shrouded in an unnatural silence.  The only sound or movement was that of the gnomes that were running to and fro in the garden.  Two rather plumb gnomes were now engaged in a heated argument having just bumped into one another knocking each other over.  A small gathering were clustering around watching as the two began to fight.  They began to roll around the ground as their fight began to escalate.  The spectators were cheering as the larger of the two began to gain the advantage.  Suddenly there was a loud cracking sound.  The gnomes caught of guard began to scurry in search of cover.  They had forgotten what they were fighting for in the first place.  The gnomes quickly disappeared into hiding.

The family began to arrive home as each cracking sound announced their arrival.  Ron and Hermione had arrived first, followed quickly by Molly.  They began to make their way into the house as the last group arrived.

Harry with Ginny had arrived.  Ginny clinging tightly to Harry's arm.  Ginny's eyes were closed tightly as a look of panic filled her face.

“I will never get used to that.”  Ginny said as she opened her eyes and loosened her tight grip on Harry's arm.

“Don't worry I made sure all your limbs arrived safely.”  Harry said jokingly to Ginny.  “I couldn't live if any thing happened to change how beautiful you look.”

“Is my looks all you care about, Potter?”  Ginny said with a smirk.  “I guess you could never respect me for who I am.”

“No.  That's not what I meant.”  Harry said quickly as he tried to defend himself.

“I was just kidding Harry.  You need to learn to relax.”  Ginny laughed  as she wrapped her arms around Harry's waist.

Harry began to relax, smiling back at Ginny as he hugged her tightly.  “You  can be so cruel sometimes, Ginny.”  Harry grinned at her.

“You don't know what cruel is Harry.  Just try and leave me again and see what happens.”  Ginny turned and followed the rest into the house.  Her long red mane flowing in the light breeze.

Harry suddenly had a feeling of fear as he knew Ginny was more then capable of carrying out her threat.  Harry followed Ginny into the house with his head hung low.

Inside the house things were quite.  The group was sitting around the table in the kitchen.  Molly was busily preparing a meal, They had not really eaten for some time.  Ron and Hermione sat on one side and Harry and Ginny on the other.  No one was talking as they all sat reflecting on the events that had taken place.  They were finally realizing the large loss that had taken place.  All the deaths of friends and family were taking there toll.

“I will miss Fred.” Ron commented as the silence was finally broken.  “Meals will never be the same without Fred and George causing some kind of scene.”  Ron's eyes began to tear up.

Hermione placed her hand on Ron's and gave it a slight squeeze to reassure him that she was there for him.  Ginny's was sitting with her head hung low and her eyes closed.  Harry was not sure what to say.  He was uncomfortable around emotional situations like this, but before Harry was able to say something there was a loud crash as Molly dropped a pan on the floor.  As she turned to pick it up they could see that tears were flowing down her checks.  Ginny could not take it any more.  She jumped up and ran upstairs with her hands over her eyes.  Harry quickly jumped up and followed her upstairs.  As he reached the top of the steps he heard Ginny's door to her room slammed.

“Ginny are you ok?”  Harry asked as he knocked on her door.  There was no answer.  Harry could hear Ginny crying from inside the room.  Harry slowly opened the door, closing it behind him as he entered the room.

Ginny was laying face down on her bed, her arms folded under her face.  She was sobbing quietly as she tried to wipe her tears with her arm.

Harry made his way to the bed and sat down next to her.  He placed his hand gently on her back and began to rub it softly.

“Ginny.”  Harry was trying to find the right words to comfort her, but none came to him.

Ginny rolled over and sat up.  She quickly threw her arms around Harry resting her head on his shoulder.  Harry wrap his arms gently around her as he pulled her tightly to him.  In his mind chaos was beginning to spread.  He couldn't help but blame himself for some how not preventing this from happening.  He thought he should have done something sooner and not wasting so much time on the Hallows.  He could have prevented this so much sooner and prevented the war that took place.

Ginny rested on Harry's shoulder for sometime before her tears finally subsided.  Neither had spoken the whole time, but simply held each other.  Ginny raised up and began to wipe her eyes as Harry sat watching her.

“I must look disgusting to you.  My eyes all swollen and red.” Ginny attempted to smile at Harry as she wiped the tears from her eyes.

Harry smiled back.  “Red is my favorite color.” Harry responded as he began to brush Ginny's hair away from her face.

Harry had forgotten how much he loved her red hair.  He always loved running his hand through it.  He could smell the sweet smell of it as it filled his mind with memories of past times they had shared together.

His attention quickly returned as he felt Ginny's hand caressing his check.

“What are you thinking of Harry?”  Ginny asked.

“I was thinking of you and all the times we shared.”  Harry answered with a smile.

Ginny began to smile.  “Oh Harry.  You always no how to cheer me up.”

“I hate to see you cry Ginny.  I can't help but feel.........”  Harry quickly ended his response.  He didn't want to upset her any more.

“Feel what Harry?” Ginny starred at him sternly.  “Responsible.  Is that what you were going to say?”  Ginny starred at him.  She could not stand him blaming himself for everything that happens.

“No.”  Harry lied.  “I just meant that it makes me sad to see you cry.”

Harry was diverting his eyes from hers.  Ginny sat back taking Harry's hands in hers.  She sat quietly holding his hands as she studied Harry's face.

Harry was growing uncomfortable, he quickly tried to change the conversation.  “I remember the last time I was in your room.  You were giving me a birthday present.  If I remember right, we got interrupted before you could finish giving me your gift.”

“Harry Potter.  What kind of girl do you think I am?”  Ginny smiled as she playfully pushed Harry back.

“I didn't mean that Ginny.”  Harry quickly responded trying to defend himself.  “I only meant we never got to finish that kiss.”

“I was only teasing Harry.”  Ginny smiled at him as she began to push him on to his back.

Ginny crawled on to Harry as she laid on top of his chest.  Harry was holding Ginny's by the waist.  Ginny supported herself with her hands on the bed as she starred deeply into Harry's green eyes.  Her lips began to curl into a mischievous smile as she lowered her self, placing her lips on Harry's.

Harry wasn't expecting this and was caught off guard.  He could feel her soft lips as they pressed deeply to his.  He began to return the kiss tenderly as the shock had began to where off.  Harry began to wrap his arms around her, caressing her back.

They both were soon lost in the moment, there minds blank as only the thought of each others lips pressed together filled their minds.

As things began to heat up, Harry quickly broke of his embrace.  “Ginny.  We need to stop.” Harry whispered into her ear as Ginny pulled back.

“Yes, your right.” Ginny responded as she rolled over next to Harry.

Ginny's face was growing bright red.  She couldn't understand what she was thinking, kissing Harry like that.  “Why did I do that?” She thought to herself as she tried to control her breathing.  Her heart was beating very fast and she was breathing so hard she thought she might faint.

“I'm sorry Harry, I don't know what came over me.” Ginny giggled to Harry.

“I thought you said your not that kind of girl.” Harry teased as he attempted to calm down.

Ginny's face was now as red as her hair as she attempted to hide her face with her hands.

“It's ok, Gin.  I just think we should take it slow for now, besides if someone had walked in I would be banished from here or worse.”  Harry laughed.

“We better get back down stairs before they come looking for us.”  Ginny said as she jumped up from the bed, trying to straighten her hair.

Harry stood up and followed Ginny to the door.  “Are you ready to go back?” Harry asked as he caressed Ginny's check.

Ginny nodded as she opened the door.  Harry followed her as they made their way downstairs.

The mood had improved some what in the kitchen.  Ron and Hermione were already enjoying their meal.  Molly was standing at the stove preparing two more plates as Harry and Ginny arrived in the kitchen.

“There you two are.” Molly said with a smile as she placed the two plates on the table.  “I was just about to send Ron after you.  Sit and eat, both of you.”

Ginny rushed to her mother throwing her arms tightly around her waist.  “I'm sorry, I didn't mean to run out like that.”

Molly caressed her daughters head as she placed the other arm tightly around her.  “It's ok dear.  Now sit and eat before it gets cold.”

Ginny smiled up at her mother as she released her and turned to sit down.

Harry was trying hard to fight back a tear that was forming in his eyes.  Molly was now turning her attention to him.

“Come Harry dear, sit by Ginny and eat before your food gets cold.” Molly responded as she took Harry by the hand and guided him to his seat.  After Harry had sat Molly place her hands on Harry and Ginny's shoulder and smiled down at them.  Ginny smiled up at her mother.  Molly returned to the stove and prepared her own plate.

It was late night at the Burrow.  There had been no word from Mr. Weasley or any of the others.  Mrs. Weasley was sitting quietly knitting, her face was racked with worry.  She was constantly looking around at any noise that was made in the house.  She was worried about her husband and sons and was anxiously waiting some word.

George had finally arrived, which had made Molly alot happier.  He was currently playing a game of wizards chest with Ron.  Harry had made his way up stairs claiming he was tired and needed rest.  Ginny and Hermione were sitting in the kitchen.  Ginny had asked her to join her as she needed to talk.

“I don't know what to do.”  Ginny's face was sad as she starred at Hermione.  “Harry keeps saying how he is responsible.  I can't take it.”

“You know Harry, he is always blaming himself.”  Hermione placed her hand on Ginny's to try and comfort her.

“It is different this time.  Some how it seems worse.  I am afraid he will do something stupid.”  Ginny closed her eyes and lowered her head.

“Ron told me that Harry had a nightmare this morning.  He said Harry was screaming your name and when he woke, he pulled his wand at Ron.”  Hermione was looking more worried as she spoke.

“You don't think it has anything to do with Voldemort do you?”  Ginny asked as she looked up at her friend.

“No, Volde.....Voldemort is gone.  Harry has been through alot this last year.”  Hermione paused as she tried to choose her words.  ”We all went through alot.  It almost broke us all up. For along time we didn't even talk.”

“What was it that you were doing?”  Ginny was anxious to know what had taken Harry from her.

“I shouldn't say.  Harry should be the one to tell you.”  Hermione tried to smile in an attempt to apologize.  ”All I can say is it was very tough.  We had to constantly move and hide.  Never knowing wear we were going or when we would eat next.  We had very little news of what was going on.  Only Harry's visions of Voldemort let us know what he was doing.” Hermione shuddered at the thought of Harry using his link with Voldemort.

Ginny had a look of shock on her face.  ”Harry used his link.” Didn't he realize how dangerous that could be.”

“Yes, but he was frustrated, not knowing what was going on.  You have to understand Ginny, we had no idea what was happening and the only news we got was the occasional bits we got from the Daily Prophet and listening to the portable that Ron brought back.”  Hermione lowered her head for a minute.  ”Ron and Harry got into an argument.  He left us for awhile.  I thought I would never see him again.”  A tear flowed down Hermione's cheek.

Ginny squeezed her hand softly.  ”What did they argue about?”

“Ron was jealous, he thought that Harry and I liked each other.”  Hermione blushed at the thought.

Ginny released her grip for a moment, she had never really thought of the idea of Harry and Hermione together.

“Don't worry Ginny, Harry is like a brother to me.  Nothing more.” Hermione smiled at Ginny.  ”Harry only thought of you will we were gone.  He never said it, but I could tell he missed you terribly.”

Ginny smiled back and hugged Hermione tightly.

“Now don't worry, we will straighten Harry out.”  Hermione replied.  ”I think I will go see what Ronald is up to now.”  Hermione smiled as she excused herself.

Ginny watched as Hermione left the room, then proceeded upstairs to her room.  As she past Fred and George's old room, the room which Harry was now staying in, she began to hear the sound of some one crying.  Ginny knocked softly on the door.  There was no answer so she slowly opened the door.

“Harry, are you ok?” Ginny was not sure if Harry would want her in right now.  She hoped he would not be mad, but she couldn't stand to hear him cry.

Harry sat up on his bed and quickly wiped the tears from his eyes.  He didn't want Ginny to see him like this.  “Ginny, I.....I am ok.” Harry tried to sound normal, but his voice still quivered a little.

Ginny approached Harry's bed and sat down.  She lifter her legs on to the bed and folded them in front of her as she sat facing him.  Slowly she reached out taking both of Harry's hands.

“Harry, why are you crying?” Ginny squeezed his hands tightly in hers.

Harry tried not to look at Ginny.  He was embarrassed that she had found him like this.  He tried to think of an excuse but nothing came to him mind.   Tears began to trickle down his cheek once again.

“Ginny, I........I just can't believe they are gone.”  Harry said as he pulled his hands from Ginny's and began to wipe his eyes.

“Harry, it will be ok, you will see.”  Ginny tried to reassure him.  Ginny pulled Harry close to her and wrapped her arms around him.

Harry returned the hug before leaning back once again.  He quickly tried to change the subject, in order to take his mind off of what was upsetting him.  “Why are you here Ginny, I thought you were with the others downstairs.”

“I was tired so I came upstairs.  That is when I heard you.”  Ginny was worriedly looking at Harry.  “I had to find out what was wrong.”

“It's nothing, Gin.  I guess it all just hit me.”  Harry was now attempting to smile.

Ginny could tell he didn't want to discuss it so she pushed it no further.  “Harry can I ask you a question?”

“Anything for you, my beautiful angel.” Harry began to tease her in order to change the mood.

“You don't have to answer me, but........can you tell me what happened while you were gone.” Ginny knew that Harry probably wouldn't tell her, but she waited patiently for a response.

Harry was not prepared for this question.  He got off the bed and proceeded to the window and starred out at the night sky.  Ginny sat up on the edge of the bed, she felt bad for asking the question.

It was a few minutes before Harry spoke, breaking the silence in the room.  “Ginny,,,,,,” Harry was interrupted before he could finish.

Ginny had gotten of the bed and approached Harry.  She had wrapped her arms around Harry as she leaned her head on his back.  “You don't have to answer Harry.  I can wait for when you are ready.”

Harry turned to face her as he pulled her tightly to him.  “I want to tell you Gin.  I just can't tell you every thing.”

Harry lead her back to the bed and sat her down on the edge.  He knelt in front of her as he took her hands in his.  Harry began his long story.  He told Ginny about how they had escaped the Death Eaters at the wedding and gone to Grimmauld Place.  He talked for along time as he told Ginny of all that happened.  He couldn't look at her as he confessed all that had happened.  He made sure to leave out anything that might upset her or that he thought she might not be able to handle.  Ginny could only gasp in horror as Harry told his tale.  Harry finally came to the end of his story.  He had told her everything he could, but had chosen to leave out talking to Snape and how he had gone to Voldemort and given his life.

His knees were aching as he had spent the whole time on them.  He pulled him self up and sat next to Ginny.  He starred at the window as he still was not prepared to look at her.  He worried about her reaction to the story he had told.

Ginny did not speak for some time, as she tried to comprehend all that Harry had told her.  Finally after all had sunk in she turned to face him as she took his hand.

“Harry.” Ginny's voice was little more than a whisper as she tried to make the words come out.  “I am sorry you had to go through all that.  I only wish I could have been with you.”

Harry quickly cut her off as he turned an looked at her.  “No Ginny.” Harry's voice was stern with her.  “Don't you see why I couldn't have you with me.....Why.....Why I couldn't be with you.”  Harry starred at her with more compassion now.  “If anything had happened to you Gin......I......I couldn't have gone on.  I care to much about you, you are everything to me.” Harry was struggling to get the words out as he began to choke up.

Ginny took Harry's chin in her hand and pulled him to her.  She leaned forward and kissed him gently on the lips.  “It doesn't matter know. It is over and we are together again.”  Ginny whispered, her lips almost touching his.

Harry pulled her to him, holding her tightly as they fell on the bed.  They continued to kiss as if their lives depended on it.

It was early morning at the Burrow.  Mr. Weasley had returned late at night.  Bill, Charley and Percy had all returned to their own homes, promising to visit soon.

Harry had woken up early and had made his way quietly down stairs to the kitchen.  He did not want to wake those that were still sleeping.  As he entered the kitchen, he spotted Mrs. Weasley sitting at the table.  She had a tearful expression on her face as she starred vacantly into space.

“Morning Mrs. Weasley.”  Harry said softly trying not to startle her.

“Harry dear, I didn't see you there.”  She had jumped up, trying to fix her hair and wiping tears from her eyes.  She attempted to smile at Harry in an attempt to hide her emotions.  “I am sorry.  I haven't made breakfast yet dear.  Are you hungry?  I will fix you something to eat.”  She continued smiling lovingly at him.

“You shouldn't bother.”  Harry said, trying to be sensitive.  “Just relax Mrs. Weasley and I will take care of thing.”  Harry turned and called out, “Kreacher, I need you.” Harry summoned.

There was a loud crack as Kreacher appeared standing before Harry.  “How can Kreacher be of service to his master?”  Kreacher said smiling kindly at his new master.

“You have been a wonderful help, Kreacher.  You and all the other elves have fought so bravely.”  Kreacher smiled brightly at his masters words.  “Would you be so kind as to prepare breakfast for the family?”

“Master honors Kreacher.  Kreacher would be happy to serve his master and his friends.”  With that Kreacher turned and began to prepare a great feast for the family.

Mrs. Weasley was looking dumb founded at Harry.  Harry sensed her uneasiness over the arrival of the house elf.  ”It is ok, Mrs. Weasley.  Kreacher has changed.  He helped us out greatly while we were on our mission.”  Harry smiled as he spoke trying to ease Mrs. Weasley's thoughts.  ”You have always been so good to me.  It is my turn to help you.”  Harry beamed at her.  He wanted to repay her for all of her kindness over the years.

Mrs. Weasley smiled at Harry as she threw her arms around him giving him a big hug.  ”You are such a sweet boy, Harry.  You have done so much for my family as well as the whole world.”  She began to squeeze him harder.  ”You always think of everyone else first before yourself.  We should be serving you in thanks to all you have done.”

Harry smiled at her, his face was turning red.  ”Where is Mr. Weasley?”  Harry asked trying to change the subject to one of less embarrassment.

“He had to go to work early this morning, there is a lot going on at the ministry.”  Mrs. Weasley had released Harry from her grip and returned to sit at the table beckoning Harry to join her.

As Harry sat down, Kreacher appeared placing two cups of tea before them and quickly returned to his duties.  ”Thank you.”  Mrs. Weasley said as she smiled at the house elf.  ”I could get used to this.”  She smiled jokingly at Harry.

Mrs. Weasley's face now turn more seriously as she looked at Harry.  She took a sip of tea and began to speak.  ”Harry, I couldn't help but notice that you and my daughter appear to have reunited your feelings for one another.”

Harry choked on his tea as the words reached his ears.  ”We have gotten back together.  If that is acceptable to you and Mr. Weasley?”  Harry tried to look innocent as he avoided eye contact with Her.

“I am happy for you both.”  Mrs. Weasley said as she smiled at him.  ”I know my daughter has liked you for a very long time, Harry.  I only hope that your intentions with her are honorable.”  She said as her expression turned more serious.

“I would not think any other way.”  Harry protested.  ”I care greatly for Ginny and would never do any thing to hurt her or disgrace her name.”

Mrs. Weasley smiled patting Harry on the cheek.  ”Your are a good boy Harry,  I know you will take good care of my daughter.”  She proceeded to stand up and left to help Kreacher with his tasks.

Ginny arrived in the kitchen, trying to wipe the sleep from her eyes.  She spotted Harry sitting and the table and smiled.  She made her way to the table and kissed him gently on the cheek as she sat beside him.  Her eyes were now diverted to the sight of her mom and Kreacher working together on breakfast.

“What is he doing here?”  Ginny asked with a look of confusion.

“I brought him here to help your mom.  He has change and is no longer the mean elf you once knew.”  Harry responded.  Harry placed his hand on Ginny's.

Ginny looked at Harry's hand and then up at her mother who still had her back turned to the two.  Harry smiled, he knew what she was thinking.

“It's ok, Gin.”  Harry smiled at her.  ”Your mum knows about us, she figured it out by herself.  She told me she was happy for us.”

Ginny smiled and gave Harry a quick kiss on the lips.  She stood up and beckoned Harry to follow her outside.  ”Mum, Harry and I are going outside for a minute, we will be right back.”  Ginny said as she made her way to the door.

“Don't be long dears.  Breakfast is almost ready.”  Mrs. Weasley smiled at them as they made there way outside.

Ginny took Harry's hand and let him to a secluded spot beside the broom shed, far from prying eyes.  She wrapped her arms tightly around Harry and placed a deep kiss on Harry's lips.  Harry squeezed her tightly and returned the kiss more deeply.

When they finished their lip lock.  Ginny pulled Harry on to a near by bench.  They sat facing each other, holding each others hands.  Ginny starred deeply into Harry's eyes.  She loved his deep green eyes.  They made her feel so weak inside.

“Harry.”  Ginny paused as she fumbled to word her question right.  “There was some thing else I wanted to ask you last night, but with all you told me it slipped my mind.”

“What is it, Gin?”  Harry beamed at her.

“Hermione told me that you had a nightmare yesterday.” Ginny's wasn't sure if she should be asking him after all he had already told her.

“How did Hermione know I had a dream?”  Harry asked puzzled.

“Ron told her.”  Ginny was a little worried that she might be prying into his affairs to much.

“Oh, that dream.” Harry was embarrassed by how he had almost attacked Ron.  “It was just a dream.  I mean I had just gone threw a battle with Voldemort to the death.”  Harry tried to joke, but he knew the truth and it upset him.

“Ron said, you were screaming my name.”  Ginny knew Harry was holding back.

“It was nothing Gin.  I promise.  So much happened. during the battle.  So many people dying.  I saw you almost get killed, Ginny.  If your mother had not stepped in I would have lost you.”  Harry's emotions were starting to get to him.

Ginny knew he was getting upset.  She took him in her arms and held him tight.  “I was handling myself quite well, I do believe.”  Ginny tried to tease him.

Harry pulled back and smiled at her.  “I know you did Ginny.  I saw you taking care of people outside.”

“How did you see me Harry, there was no one else around me.” Ginny asked confused by his response.

“I was under my cloak as I went to give my self to Vold......”  Harry suddenly realized he hadn't told Ginny about how he went to Voldemort and Gave his life.

“You did what?” Ginny shouted.  Her mind raced with fear over his response.

“I'm sorry Ginny, I didn't want you to know.” Harry could not look at her as he spoke.

“Harry......You died didn't you?  When you were laying on the ground, you were really dead.” Ginny's face was racked in horror as she realized the truth.  Tears began to fill her eyes.

“I did die......Ginny.  But when I was lying on the ground I was alive again.” Harry was now holding Ginny's shoulders firmly as he starred into her eyes.  I had to Ginny.  I was one of Voldemort's  horcruxes.”

Ginny's face was now very pale.  Her mind was spinning.  “But.....How?”

“It happened when Voldemort tried to kill me the night my parents died.” Harry stood up and faced away from Ginny.  He didn't want to see her face.  He was afraid of what she might think of him now.  “That is why I was so much like him, Gin.  Why I spoke parsel tongue.”  Harry paused for a moment before continuing.  “I had to die, Ginny.  It was the only way to defeat Voldemort.  I had to die so that he could be stopped.”

Ginny was speechless.  She could not look at Harry, but sat with her head down and eyes closed.  She was trying to let her mind process all that Harry was saying.  She was silent for several minutes.  Harry was beginning to get worried.  He knelt down in front on Ginny holding her hands in his.

“Ginny, are you mad at me?” Harry was concerned that he was loosing her.  He wished he could take back every thing he had just said, but it was to late.

Slowly Ginny began to open her eyes as she squeezed Harry's hands.  “I could never be mad at you for this, Harry.  You saved us.”  Ginny paused giving Harry a quick smile.  There is one thing I don't understand.  How did you know all this?”

Harry began to tell Ginny every thing Snape had told him.  This was some thing he had left out of his prior talk with her.  He told her all that had happen when he faced Voldemort and excepted his fate and of the vision he had with Dumbledore.  Ginny listened quietly as Harry finished his story.  She couldn't believe he had done all this just to save them.  When Harry finished Ginny pulled Harry into her arms holding him tight.

Harry was tired of the direction this day was taking.  He had already told her more then he had planned and he knew that it was only upsetting her.  He decided to change the subject and get her mind off of all this.

“No more confessions for the day, ok?”  Harry smiled at her as he sat down next to her and pulled her next to him.

Ginny rested her head against his shoulder as he wrapped his arm around her.  “Ok Harry.”  She to was tired of all this talk.  It was only depressing her and made her worry about Harry even more.

They sat holding each other in silence for some time.  Ginny was resting on Harry's shoulder.  Harry was taking in the sweet smell of Ginny's Hair.  He began to run his hands through it.

“Harry what are you doing?” Ginny laughed as she sat up.

“Sorry love, I couldn't help myself.”  Harry blushed.  “You are so beautiful, Ginny.”  Harry whispered as he kissed her on the top of her head.
A tear began to form in her eye.  “Why are you crying?” Harry asked.

Ginny turned facing Harry and slapped him on the shoulder playfully, then place both her arms around his neck.  “You called me love.”  She was giving Harry a passionate look.

“Is that ok?”  Harry asked looking for forgiveness for his forwardness.

“Do you really love me?”  Ginny eagerly waited Harry's response.

Harry was struck dumb by this question.  He had never really known love.  His whole life was spent in exile from the real world.  Trapped in a house where no one cared if he even existed.  Harry knew that he cared for Ginny.  He couldn't imagine what his life would be with out her as part of it.  For the last year his mind had been flooded with images of her, even after he had told her it was over.  Now that they were once again reunited, he could not think of ever being without her again.  Could he really love her.  Was he allowed to feel such feelings for another human being.

He stopped for a second, “ Why can't I love her, would it be so wrong?”  He thought to himself.  Harry starred intensely at her.  “Ginny, I do love you.”  He could barely believe he had said those words.

Ginny's eyes grew larger, her mouth slightly open, gasping at the words as they entered her ears.  She was stunned, she shook her mind back to reality.  Her mouth was now curling into a large smile.  She pulled Harry to her, squeezing his neck tightly.  Harry hugged her tightly around the waist.  Ginny twisted her face kissing him gently on the cheek.

“I love you too, Harry Potter.  I love you with all my heart.”  Her voiced trembled as she spoke the words in Harry's ear.

They heard a large pop as Kreacher appeared before them.  “Breakfast is served, master Harry.”  Kreacher bowed to his new master.

“Thank you Kreacher.”  Harry smiled back at his servant.

The elf vanished in a puff of smoke as he returned to the kitchen.

Harry and Ginny stood up and made there way back inside.

As they entered the kitchen, they saw Hermione was already sitting at the table involved in a long discussion with Mrs. Weasley.  A huge banquet spread before them on the table.  George who had returned for breakfast, sat at his usually spot quickly shoving food into his mouth.  Ron had appeared at the bottom of the steps, the smell of food had aroused him from his sleep.  He now stood drooling at the feast that laid before him.

“Where did all this come from?”  Ron asked, as he sat down and began to load his plate.

“Harry asked Kreacher to fix us breakfast?”  Hermione said revolted at the sight of Ron stuffing his face.

“Thanks, mate.” Ron said as he choked down his food.
Harry could only shake his head at Hermione as she looked helplessly at him.  Harry and Ginny made there way to the table and began to join the family in there meal.

After breakfast, the family was shuffled out of the kitchen by Kreacher.  Mrs. Weasley was protesting being thrown out of her own kitchen, but Kreacher would not listen.

“I am Master Harry's servant, I will clean up after Master and his friends.”  Kreacher insisted.

Mrs. Weasley shook her head before joining her family in the sitting room.  She took up her normal chair and began to knit, still muttering under her breath.  Ron and George were sitting playing wizard's chess as Hermione sat watching.  Harry and Ginny were sitting on the couch, trying hard not to be noticed as they flirted with each other.  Hermione began to scan the room with her eyes.  She spot the two love birds as they smiled holding hands.  She got up and made her way to the couch.

“What is going on here?” she smirked, her hands on her waist.  Harry and Ginny smiled up at her.  Their faces blushed as they tried to play innocent.

“What do you mean?”  Ginny said.  Trying to hide the grin on her face.

“I know something is up, you two have been smiling at each other all day”  Hermione looked annoyed as she questioned the two.  Suddenly she gasped throwing her hands to cover her mouth.  ”You two are back together.”  She squeaked.

Everyone looked at the three to see what all the commotion was about.  Ginny grabbed Hermione by the hand and dragged her upstairs to her room.  Harry sat looking confused as the rest returned to their activities.

Ginny pulled Hermione into her room securing the door behind them.  Hermione looked at Ginny.  Her eyes puzzled by her friends reaction.

“What's going on Ginny?” Hermione questioned.

“Nothing.  I just didn't want you screaming everything to the rest of the house.”  Ginny returned smiling at her friend.

“You two are back together, aren't you?”  Hermione could already tell the answer by the way Ginny was grinning.

Ginny turned her back on Hermione and pretended to straighten things on her dresser.

Hermione was not through questioning her friend.  “Why all the secrecy?”

Ginny turned an sat on the bed, Hermione beside her.  “I don't want my family making a big deal about it.”  Ginny said with a pleading look in her eyes.

“Does your mother know?”  Hermione asked.

“Yes.”  Ginny responded.

“Then why?” Hermione puzzled at the response.

“It's my brothers.  You know how protective they are of me.  If they find out about me and Harry they will be after him, playing the protective brother role.”  Ginny feared what her brothers would do if they found out.

“Well tell me how it happen at least?”  Hermione pleaded for more information.

Ginny proceeded to tell Hermione how harry had come to the lake looking for her and how they talked.  She had told her of how Harry had placed the wand back in Dumbledore's tomb before they returned to the castle.

Hermione grinned widely as Ginny finished her story.  She gave her friend a big hug, letting her know how happy she was for her and Harry.

“The best part is he told me he loves me.”  Ginny grinned widely

Hermione gasped in excitement.  “Did you say it back?”

“Yes.”  Ginny smiled

“Oh, I am so happy for you both.”  Hermione gushed.

Ginny looked at Hermione, ”I have something to ask you.”  Ginny said trying to change the subject.  ”I asked Harry about what happened while you guys where gone.  He told me everything.”
Hermione could not look at her friend now.  She sat and thought for a few seconds before responding.

“A lot of things happened.  I can't believe he told you.  It's not that he shouldn't have, but it was not a very pleasant experience.” Hermione now paused again.

“Harry told me some thing else.” Ginny wasn't sure if he should tell her.  She paused for a second before continuing.  “Did Harry tell you what happen during the fighting?”

“What do you mean?” Hermione starred blankly at Ginny, confused by her question.

“I am not sure if I should tell you, but I am worried about him.” Ginny's face was showing signs of stress as she agonized over the words she was about to say.

“just tell me Ginny, I promise I won't say anything to any one else.”  Hermione tried to reassure Her troubled friend.

“Do you know how Harry came to be at Voldemort's feet, when we were told he was dead?”  Hermione's silence told Ginny the answer was no.

Ginny took a deep breath to relax herself as she began to tell Hermione every thing that Harry had told her.  Hermione's face turned white as she listened to every word.  When Ginny finished, Hermione sat in silence.  She was struggling to understand what she had just learned.

“Harry never told us what happen that night.” Hermione shook her head in disbelief.  “After all that he has been through, to be told that you have to die to save every one.  I can't believe he just did it and never tried to fight it.”

“This is what scares me.  I am afraid that with Harry blaming himself and with all that has happened, he might loose his mind or worse.”  A tear began to trickle down Ginny's cheek.

Hermione stood up and began to hug Ginny. ”Don't worry, we will just have to show Harry that he is wrong and that now it is all over and he can go on and be happy.”

“I just want him to be happy, now that we are back together, I don't want to loose him again.”  Ginny pulled back and began to wipe her eyes.  “I am also worried about my family, at least my brothers.  You know how over protective they are when it comes to me and boys.”  Ginny began to smile.

“You know Harry, he is always blaming himself for the problems in the world.  He has to always carry the weight of the world on his shoulders.”  Hermione said as she placed her hand on Ginny's shoulder.  “And don't worry about Ron, he will not stop you and Harry from being together.  If I have anything to say about it.”  Hermione added.

Ginny was puzzled by this.  “What makes you think you can control Ron?”  Ginny asked.

“Didn't Harry tell you about me and Ron kissing?”  Hermione began to blush as she confessed to Ginny.

Ginny looked shocked, she couldn't believe Ron and Hermione could ever have gotten together.  “Are you guys a couple now?”  Ginny asked.

“Not yet, you know how Ronald is, he need time to let it sink into his thick head/”  The two began to laugh at the thought.

Harry sat watching Ron and George play, his eyes darting towards the stairs in hope that Ginny would soon return.  When he finally seen the two girls return, he could hardly keep from smiling.

“What is with you, mate?”  Ron asked seeing Harry's now grinning face.

“Oh. nothing, I need to ask Ginny some thing.”  Harry jumped up hurrying to Ginny's side.

“That guy's got problems.” George said.  The two shrugged their shoulders and returned to their game.

Hermione smiled as Harry approached.  “You can have your girl friend back now, lover.”  Hermione grinned as Ginny blushed at her statement.

Harry gave Hermione a dirty look as he grabbed Ginny's hand leading her out to the kitchen.  Kreacher had finished cleaning the kitchen and had left to return to his home.  Harry pulled Ginny into his arms pulling her tightly against him.

“What did Hermione say to you?”  Harry asked.

“Nothing, she just wanted to know if we are back together.”  Ginny responded smiling at Harry.

“What did you tell her?”  Harry asked smiling back.

“I told her yes, but that I didn't want my brothers to know.”  Ginny responded as she rested her head on Harry's chest.

Harry's face now went flush, he had forgotten about Ginny's brothers and how over protective they were of guys courting their baby sister.

Ginny sensed Harry's worries and kissed him gently.  “Don't worry, I won't let them hurt you.”  She smiled kissing him again.

Harry still was not relieved by this, but kissed Ginny back taking his mind off of the subject.

Suddenly the door leading outside opened.  Harry broke his hold on Ginny looking guilty as he starred at the person entering the house.

“Dad, it is good to see you home so early.”  Ginny responded as she ran to hug her father.  Mr. Weasley spotted Harry's guilty expression, but thought little of it.  He hugged his daughter.

“Hello pumpkin, staying out of trouble are we?”  Mr. Weasley smiled at his daughter and then returned his eyes to Harry who was now looking rather flustered.

“Hello Mr. Weasley.”  Harry stuttered.

“Hello Harry.” Mr. Weasley answered back still starring at Harry.  “Harry could I have a word with you outside?”

Harry's knees were beginning to buckle, he was sure that this would be the end of his relationship with Ginny.  He followed Mr. Weasley outside pleading at Ginny for help as he passed.  Ginny could only shrug her shoulders and brushed his hand as he passed.

Harry approached Mr. Weasley, trying hard not to look him in the eyes. Mr. Weasley gave Harry a confused look, he didn't know why Harry was acting so strange.

“Is everything ok, son?”  Mr. Weasley asked.

“I just, that is to say Ginny and I.”  Harry was struggling to find the right words to explain is activities with his daughter.

“It's all right son, I know you and Ginny are back together.  I seen it in Ginny's eyes when you returned to the castle yesterday.”  Mr. Weasley explained.  “I am happy to see the two of you together.  I think you make a good couple and I know you would never hurt my only daughter.”

Harry was relieved, but now he was confused as to why he was standing here before Mr. Weasley.  “If you are not upset about Ginny and I, then why did you call me out here.”  Harry asked puzzling over the situation.

“I needed to tell you something in person.  The Ministry of Magic has asked me to bring you in.”  Mr. Weasley explained.

Harry was surprised by this, a scared look began to appear on his face.  “Are they going to throw me in Azkaban?”  Harry asked his face growing white.

“Oh.  No my dear boy, they only want to clear up a few facts with you.  They want to know the nature of your mission for Dumbledore and the facts as to how you arrived at Hogwarts.”  Mr. Weasley said trying to reassure Harry.  ”They would also like to talk with Ron and Hermione as well.”  He added.

“They are inside.”  Harry's mind was now beginning to drift off.  He wasn't sure if he could tell the Ministry everything that had happened or to why they were on their mission.  ”When do they want to see us?'  Harry asked.

“Now.”  Mr. Weasley remarked.

Harry followed Mr. Weasley into the house as they proceeded to the living room to fetch his two companions.  Ginny caught Harry's arm pulling him towards her as her father left them behind entering the living room.

“What did my father say to you?”  Ginny asked with a worried expression on her face.

“He came to get me, the Ministry wishes to talk to Ron, Hermione and I.”  Harry explained.

“They are not going to arrest you are they?  I won't let them.  I will curse them all with bat bogeys, till they let you all go.”  Ginny was steaming, she was already clutching her wand.

“It will be ok, my fiery little angel.”  Harry smiled at her giving her a peck on the cheek.  “They only want to question us about our mission, but I am not sure I am ready to tell them.”  Harry tried not to show his fear as he responded.

Ginny tried to smile back at him, but she could sense Harry's fears.  “You don't have to tell them anything you don't want too.”  She said in a supportive tone.

Mr. Weasley had now returned to the kitchen, followed by Ron and Hermione who were looking very stressed.  “Are you ready to go, Harry?  Mr. Weasley asked.

“Not yet sir, could I have a moment alone with these three before we go.”  Harry looked pleadingly at Mr. Weasley trying to get him to understand that it was important.

“All right Harry, but not to long they are expecting us.:”  Mr. Weasley said as he left them alone in the kitchen.

“What are we going to do, Harry?”  Ron asked.  His face was now white as snow.

“Don't worry, mate.  Let me handle it.”  Harry tried to ease their minds.

Ron and Hermione looked sick, the memories of all that had happened flooding their minds.

“Oh. Harry,  I am afraid of what they will do to you.”  Ginny launched her arms around Harry holding him tightly.  Harry squeezed her tightly to him.

“I don't want to tell them everything Ginny.”  Harry paused as he looked at Ginny.

“Do you know now why I can't tell them everything?”  Harry whispered in her ear.  Harry thought that Ginny was the only one that knew the whole truth.  The truth that he himself had been a part of Voldemort.  A vessel that held a part of the Dark Lord's soul.

“Yes, Harry.  I understand.  But what will they do when you don't tell them everything?”  Ginny asked.  A look of fear now shown in her eyes as she looked at the three before her.

“Hopefully nothing, they can't force us to tell them everything.”  Harry responded.

This did not reassure her.  She squeezed him tighter causing him to gasp for air.  “I won't loose you know, Harry.  Not again.”  Ginny pleaded.

“I will never leave you again, I promise Ginny.”  Harry tried to ease her fears.

Mr. Weasley had returned to the kitchen,  “Are you ready to go, we must not keep the Ministry waiting to long.”  Mr. Weasley said urgently.

The three nodded in response.  Ginny's eyes now filled with tears.  Harry gave her one last kiss and hugged her tightly, stroking her hair one last time.

“I love you, Gin.” Harry said with a smile.  His hand caressed her cheek one last time.

Ginny attempted a smile as the four walked out the door.  Her heart sank as she turn and walked up to her room.

The three friends felt uncomfortable being back at the Ministry.  There last visit was not to friendly.  They found their selves standing before a large door.  The name plate on the door stated simply,  ' Minister of Magic ' .   It appeared that they had not had time to make up new name plate yet.  Arthur Weasley knocked on the door.  A young man dressed in Auror robes let them in.

Mr. Shaklebolt sat behind a large wooden desk.  He stood up and excused the Auror from the room.  “Welcome!  Welcome!“, he said as he shook each of there hands.  “Please sit. ”.  A row of chairs had been arranged in front of the desk.  The three glanced at each other in concern as they took their seats.  “ Arthur, it is good to see you again. “  Kingsley said as he greeted him.  He offered Mr. Weasley a seat next to his desk facing the three friends.

“Well it seems we have had a busy year now.”  Kingsley said trying to lighten the mood.

Ron and Hermione glanced at Harry.  They had no idea what to expect and hoped Harry had a plan.

“Yes, a very busy year. ”  Harry nodded trying to fake a smile.

“Well then, should we get down to business? “  Kingsley smiled as he took his seat.  “ I suppose you are wondering why I have asked you here. “

Harry already knew the answer to this question.  He had dreaded the thought of having to share his story with anyone, especially the Ministry of Magic.  “I suppose you wish to know of the events that lead up to the war? “  Harry said, his eyes were unblinking and his face now ridged.

Kingsley was a little shocked by the fierceness in Harry's eyes.  “In a matter of fact, yes.  We are very curious of where the three of you spent the last year and how it was that you came to be in Hogwart's. “  Kingsley responded, his face now turned to a more serious one.  “I know that you were sent by Dumbledore to fill some kind of mission for him.  What exactly was the nature of this Mission? ”.

Harry's face was now showing contempt for the new Minister.  “I don't really think that the information I have would be of any use to the Ministry or you. “, Harry's voice was louder now and shown much defiance.

“Please Harry, you must understand our position? “  Kingsley pleaded trying to calm Harry down.  “We are on your side Harry.  Nothing you say will leave the Ministry.  I give you my word. “

Hermione was now furious at this statement.  She leapt to her feet in protest. “Understand your position.”  Hermione stated angrily.  “The Ministry has done nothing to stop this situation.  In fact they have gone so far as to make us all look like criminals.  How can we trust you? ” Hermione's face was growing redder.  Harry seized her hand trying to calm her down as he pulled her back to her chair.

Kingsley was taken back by this show of anger.  He stumbled for a minute trying to regain his composure.  “That was the old Ministry, I assure you things are different now that I am in charge.  I promise you all charges set by the previous administration have been dropped.”  Kingsley was trying to calm the three down as he attempted to smile calmly at them.

Harry now took control of the conversation.  He gave Hermione a smile as if to tell her his was proud of her.  He looked at Kingsley intensely, as he spoke.  “You must understand our position, we have been harassed for some time by the Ministry.  We have been made to feel like criminals for doing the one thing the Ministry refused to do.  If the Ministry had taken a stand years ago, none of this would have happened.  No one would have had to die, doing the Ministry's job.”  Harry's voice was more calm now, but still showed some resentment for the office he now sat in.

Kingsley pondered over these statements.  he could see they were getting no where fast.  “Please Harry, let us put the past behind us? “ Kingsley smiled trying to show compassion for all they had been through.  “The old administration is gone.  Those that have been shown to have contributed to the Dark Lord's rise will be punished, I assure you.  I will personally see to that.  What I need from you three are the facts so that we may see that all are properly punished for their actions. “

Harry was starting to feel more safe.  He allowed himself to relax, leaning back in his chair.  “If I tell you our story will you promise to keep certain fact a secret?  They can not leave this room. “  Harry started fiercely at Kingsley.

Kingsley looked to Arthur for support.  Mr. Weasley nodded at him in agreement.  “I promise you Harry, nothing will leave this room. ”.

Harry looked at Ron and Hermione, they both nodded back in agreement.  Harry began, “Do you know what a Horcruxes is? ”

Mr. Weasley and Mr. Kingsley jumped back in horror as the word left Harry's mouth.  Kingsley looked at Harry as if he had just said the most terrible word he had ever known.  “By what means do you know of this word?  This is an evil form of dark magic. ”  Kingsley responded in horror.

“Voldemort created these in an attempt to preserve his life. ”  Harry continued despite the looks of protest of Kingsley and Mr. Weasley.  Harry began his long story of how he had come to know of this information and of the details of each and everyone of them.  He told of how the diary that possessed Ginny had been one of them.  This brought tears to Mr. Weasley's eyes.  He continued on of their long mission to find and destroy the cursed items and of all the events that lead up to the war at Hogwart's.  He made sure to leave out the details of the Deathly Hallows.  He figured it would do no good for anyone to know.

When Harry had finished his long story and all the facts and names had been said, he sat starring at the two men before him.  Their faces had turn grey in horror and their mouths hung open as they starred blankly at him.

Mr. Weasley was the first to break the silence,  “Great Merlin's ghost, Harry.  I had no idea that this was what you three were up to.”  Arthur starred in amazement at the trio.

Kingsley had now recovered from the story, he began to speak, “ I cant believe that all this was going on and no one knew about it. “  He gave them a look of sympathy for all that they had gone through.  “We owe you our lives, all three of you. ” he added as he began to smile once again.  Kingsley turned to Arthur and spoke, ”We must honor these champions, I think a celebration is in order. ” Kingsley smiled at Mr. Weasley, who was smiling back at him in agreement.  “Let me take care of the arrangement and I will let you know. “  Kingsley added.  Kingsley stood up and approached the trio, who were now jumping to there feet.  Kingsley began to shake each of there hands as he thanked them for their information.  As he took Harry's hand he spoke, “I promise you Harry, not one of these words will leave this office. “  Harry thanked him as they all made their way out of the office.

Harry paused outside the office, he knew he had not told them everything.  He had left out the part where he himself had been a Horcruxes or how he had given his life in order to defeat Voldemort.  His thoughts began to give him away as his expression began to change.

“Harry, what is wrong?”  Hermione was now standing in front of Harry as she frowned with concern over her friend.

“Nothing is wrong.” Harry smiled falsely.  ”I was just thinking.”

Hermione knew Harry was lying.  She knew the truth of what really happened, but she could not bring it up and betray Ginny's trust.  ”You can trust us Harry, we were there through all of it with you.  You know you can tell us anything.”

“It's nothing, really.  Lets get back to the Burrow before Ginny gets to upset.”  Harry responded as he made his way to the lifts.

Hermione could only shake her head sadly as Ron and her followed quickly behind Harry.

It was late in the evening when the four emerged at the Burrow.  The yard was lit only by the light coming form the house.  They were all happy to be home, having put the whole ordeal behind them.  Ron and Hermione raced through the door to the kitchen, they were just happy to be free of the Ministry once more.

As Harry began to walk towards the door, Mr. Weasley placed his hand on Harry's shoulder from behind.  Harry turned to face him.  He could see by the light from the house that Mr. Weasley was starring down at him with a weird look on his face.

“Come with me Harry, I wish to have a talk with you.”  Harry followed him, unsure of what his intentions were.  They stopped at the bench which sat next to the broom shed.  Mr. Weasley turned and smiled at Harry.  He placed both his hands on Harry's shoulders and began to speak, “Harry,  I want you to know how proud I am of you.   You have grown into a very respectable man. “

Harry could feel a lump forming in his throat, he had never expected to hear such words from anyone.  He found himself unable to speak as he smiled up at Mr. Weasley.

“You have done great things for us all Harry, you have put an end to an evil that threatened to destroy the whole world as we know it........Your parents would be proud of you as well”  Mr. Weasley said as he beamed down at Harry.  “Sirius would be proud of you.”

Harry could feel tears beginning to form in his eyes.  “Thank you, Mr. Weasley.“  Harry choked as he struggled to get the word out.

“Don't thank me Harry, it is you that deserves all the thanks. “  Mr. Weasley patted Harry's shoulders as he finished.

“I didn't do it alone, Mr. Weasley.  Ron and Hermione were loads of help.  I couldn't have done it with out them.”  Harry reminded him as he began to smile at Mr. Weasley.

“Yes, I suppose I owe them my thanks as well.”  Mr. Weasley remarked as he was reminded of the story Harry had shared with them at the Minister's office.  “Harry. ” Mr. Weasley paused as his tone began to change.  ”I know you are dating my daughter now. ”.

Harry was unsure where this comment was going.  He began to feel a little uneasy as he tried to smile at Mr. Weasley.

“I want you to know, I am very proud that she has chosen you.  I know you will always protect her, as her family has always tried to and I know that you would never let anything happen to her, to harm her or her name.”  Mr. Weasley now had a more serious look on his face as he continued.  ”I want you to know that you have my blessing to be with my daughter and I hope that one day I can truly call you son. “

Harry was choked up by this, tears had begun to stream down his face.  He reached out and hugged Mr. Weasley around the waist.  His emotions were flooding through him as a warm feeling filled his whole body.

Mr. Weasley was caught off guard.  He patted Harry on the back for support.  When Harry released his hold, Mr. Weasley gave him a big smile.  Harry returned it as he tried to wipe the tears from his eyes.

The two turned as they heard the kitchen door slam,  Ginny had ran out and was racing toward the two.  She slowed as she approached the spot trying to contain her emotions.

“Good evening, Pumpkin. “  Mr. Weasley said as he gave his daughter a hug.  “Well then Harry, it was good talking to you. “ Mr. Weasley added as he shook Harry's hand.

“Thank you, Mr. Weasley.”  Harry added as he smiled back.

“Well I will leave you two love bird alone then, I am sure Molly will be anxious to see me.“ Mr. Weasley gave them a smile and made his way back to the house.

Ginny was watching with a confused look on her face.  “What was that all about?”  She asked shrugging her shoulders.

Harry turned away from her as he attempted to hide his tears.  “Nothing Ginny, we were just talking, that's all. ”  Harry tried to put on a brave face before turning to face her.

“Have you been crying?” she asked as she placed her hand on his cheek.

Harry quickly wiped his eyes. “It is nothing Ginny, don't worry about it.”  Harry remarked hoping to change the topic.

“You have been crying, haven't you?  What were you to talking about?”  Ginny quizzed him.  She could tell he was upset by something her father had said.

“I was nothing Ginny, he was just telling me how proud he was of me. ”
Harry was trying to hide his feeling from her.

Ginny looked puzzling at him, but decided to let the matter drop as she could tell he wasn't ready to tell her.  She took Harry's hands in hers and forced him back on to the bench behind him.  She crawled onto his lap facing him and threw her arms around his neck.  Harry was caught off guard, but quickly placed his arms around her waist.  Ginny looked smiling at him, she could see the light from the house as it danced in his eyes.  She cocked her head to one side and place a deep, passionate kiss upon his lips.  Harry held her tight as he caressed her back with his hand.  Their lips entangled as one, they could feel the blood as it raced threw their bodies.  The blood warming them as it moved.

Ginny released her lip lock on Harry.  Harry's eyes spun with emotions as he tried to focus on the angel in front of him.  Ginny smiled lovingly at him.  She pulled herself off of him, and sat beside him.  She maneuvered her body so that she lay across his lap, her arm behind him and her head resting on his shoulder.  Harry wrapped his arms around her, supporting her light frame tightly against him.  He placed a gentle kiss on her head, before nestling his head against hers.

“I am so glad you are home, I thought the worst when you left. ”  Ginny whispered as she hugged him tightly with both arms.

“I promised I would return. ”  Harry said lovingly, trying to comfort her.

“Did you tell them? ” she asked as she continued to hold him tight.

“Yes, but only what they needed to know.  I didn't tell them everything. ” Harry responded.  ”But, Kingsley promised to keep it secret. ”  Harry finished.

Ginny did not respond, she knew what Harry meant.  She was content to just remain tightly in Harry's arms.  They held each other silently for some time before they made their way back into the house.  It had been along day and they both needed sleep.
