He levels his wand to my heart, ready with the inevitable Avada Kedavra curse. I take what I know will be my last breath but I am proud in knowing my death is not in vain. I hear his words as he begins the death curse. I smile. Thanks to Bell_moi for the banner!
Beautiful banner by SunSationGal07! Hogwarts would never in a million years have dreamed Lily Evans and James Potter would end up married, that Sirius Black would (supposedly) betray them to Lord Voldemort, or that their one year-old son would defeat the darkest wizard of the century. But that's what (for the most part) happened. Follow Lily Evans' seventh year up until her death and see "The Sacrifice" as it's never been shown before.

Banner by aurevoir at TDA! He remembered reading somewhere that Muggles who went to war sometimes ended up coming home shell-shocked from the war. Some wouldn’t speak. Some could never stop reliving the events every day until they slowly went mad. But some recovered. Harry was pretty sure that was what was happening to him. Just shell shock. He could recover from it; he was sure. Harry/Ginny
It was only meant to be a bit of fun. Malfoy had no idea that flirting with Granger could have followed into something more. Something that was so far out of his control. Something that was going to cost them both dearly. Could they really see this thing out? And what would both of them be prepared to sacrifice if they did?
Tonks couldn't help but enter the final battle to find Remus and be sure he was safe. What events led to their dead? This is the untold death scene of Lupin and Tonks.
Extract: 'She did not want to leave her son. She loved him more than she could comprehend. But, as she gazed into Remus's eyes, she knew that he understood. The pair came to a mutual understanding of one another, a deep and significant agreement. They needed to face this war together. If it was to end in death, then so be it.'
