Terrific chapter.  I liked it a lot.  Oh dear, here come the lessons with Snape.  I was wondering if Dumbledore might be doing them.  Dumbledore was just like he is in the books in this chapter - a little manipulative with the way he persuades Harry into doing things that Harry's not always comfortable with.   I enjoyed the quidditch scene at the beginning too.  All around very well done.

Of all the characters in this story, Snape is probably the one that moves furthest away from cannon. I hope it won't be a dealbreaker for you. Dumbledore might be less secretive in this story, but he's still very persuasive. I think Harry trusts him enough to follow his advice.
