This was another great chapter. I really liked how you broke the mould and had a good Slytherin, nice to see, because they can't all have been bad, surely!!! I really liked the confrontation between Lupin and Ted, seemed really realistic!! I also liked Percy's piece, again, I am glad you are including him, just because I never would have thought of!

All in all, great chapter, really enjoyed it and I can't wait for the next chapter!

Ps. you asked for possible suggestions for a character/scene that we'd like to see... well I have a suggestion, maybe you could do a few pieces from Ron's point of View when he has left Harry and Hermione? I think that would be really interesting! Or you could do Neville at Hogwarts, or Luna and Mr Olivander locked up in Malfoy Manner or something!

Anyway, PLEASE keep writing this story, it's so good!!! :)

Exactly what I thought; some might simply not know better having always been told that they are superior, but would never go along with actually killing other human beings.

I think I have the perfect moment for Ron, and I'll see about Neville. Thanks for that, and for the review altogether :)

That was both a heartwarming and heartbreaking chapter. You really did a great job working on both ends of the emotional spectrum, bringing hapiness and sadness at the same time. 

Being a cannon freak (at least I admit it, right?) I had difficulties with the ending scene. As much as it was well written and beautiful, I couldn't shake away the feeling that this was not meant to be considering Ted had been on the run for a while by this time. He was already on the run when Neville, Ginny and Luna pulled their stunt of trying to steal the sword and I find it highly unlikely that Ted would have gone back to his house after that. That is my personal opinion and, you can do what you want, it's your story!

I really like the relationship between Fred and Nora. Touching and true. I really liked her opinions when they discussed how unfair the Order could also be in their opinions toward Slytherin. I had never considered it before but you are right, they are acting quite similarily as the DE (albeit a little less extreme!), putting everyone in the same group and considering them to be all the same. 

Finally, I think the Percy bit is very interesting. I like how you introduced Audrey in the story and it will be interesting to see how Percy will create his links with Dumbledore. 

I noticed a couple little things, mostly missing words and such :

"...and welcome him with open arms – just she had done, to his amazement."; ...just 'like' she had done, maybe?

"...“I want to help in the fight. And don’t tell me don’t know anything about it, because I know you do,” ..."; and don't tell me 'you' don't know, maybe?

"...Andromeda response wasn’t with words..."; Andromeda's response

Overall, it was a great chapter and, in answer to your note, I think I would like to see more of Dudley as well as other members of Dumbledore's Army (maybe the other Gryffindors or some Hufflepuffs we know a bit of)? It could be interesting to see how the Huffelpuffs or Ravenclaws took position and chose to reform and act in the DA. That's my ideas!

Hi!

I know what you mean, I try to keep this as canon as possible (that means no Neville/Luna ;)), but sometimes, it's hard. As for Ted's departing, I'm not really sure when to place that. Chapter 15 of DH deals with that, the weeks on the run after the trio infiltrates the Ministry unitl they come across Ted and the others and Ron leaves. They overhear Ted saying he's been on the run for a week. The HP Lexicon isn't any more conclusive; only that is was sometime in autumn 1997. I simply placed the trio happening across the other group some time in October, so it made sense for me. As there's no fixed date for this event as far as I know, I guess it's simply up to interpretation.

It's nice to hear you like the Fred/Nora plotline. There won't be a happy end and it's not book-canon, but who says it couldn't have happened? Thanks anyway for commenting :)

I'll defintely look over the things you mentioned, I don't seem to get everything.
