I am so sorry it took me so long to read I know I said last Wednesday but I got so caught up with school and finishing fighting temptation and then working on the sequel that this got a little pushed back. But I have finally gotten to the first chapter although it's 5:56 in the morning right now I made time to do it. Lol. Something that is really interesting that you do is that you write km the present tense where as most people do it in the past, I once had a professor who told me that changing the tense of a story really changes how you read and perceive the story so I am looking forward to seeing if that is true. Also I liked your use of details as well.
