Oh this is so sweet! Poor Hermione though, she can't have had a very easy time at Muggle primary school. There aren't a lot of stories about Hermione's life prior to her starting Hogwarts, so this is very interesting and a really unique slant on one of my favourite characters. The interaction between her and her dad at the end was very touching, and I liked the little details about him being interested in botany and so on. I'm really interested to see how this story progresses and how the rose will be worked into very aspects of Hermione's life; culminating, I'm guessing in her naming her daughter Rose? Anyway, really great story and I hope you update soon!Author's Response: Thanks! This is my first fic, so I'm glad someone appreciated it. At first I wasn't aiming for the whole "Rose" thing, but when I started writing I thought it would fit in nicely. I'm working on the next chapter, but it seems that all my teachers feel the need to load me down with PLENTY of summer work before school even starts. Report Review
