Aha! The mystery of Tyler Gates is revealed! That was my guess of what happened, too, so I was right! Though, to be honest, I kind of wish I wasn't. Poor Gigi :( This kind of explains a lot about why she is the way she is.

They won! I really liked how when they were walking out onto the pitch, Gigi and the team were very disjointed, but as soon as Tyler made a comment about Gigi and James, they completely rallied together. It shows how much they really do care about each other.

Well, I'm very interested to see where this goes, what with Gigi going back to her former Quidditch Only mindset. Especially since James certainly seemed like he was starting to legitimately like her.

Can't wait for your next update, whatever and whenever it may be! And glad to have you back :)

Sure, she loves her family, but when she was finally doing good in her love life and work life, it all came crashing down. Quidditch is her life and her love. She is convinced that is all she needs. Hey!

Wow, I was so excited to see this update! I think it's brilliant, I'm so glad that she beat Gates.
I thought the beginning was nice, how she described her fellow players and where they were in position to her - I also loved how easily they became a team.

I'd thought maybe we'd see more of Barry and Scott and perhaps any rifts that had been created. I mean, they're good quidditch players, so they could probably push it to one side for the game, but other than the punch last chapter, there's not much on it, even the other members of the team don't seem to be too worried about it, which is a bit odd.

Otherwise, I liked seeing Gigi's flashbacks to when she and Gates were together, and also when she found him cheating. It worked perfectly being slotted into the game like that, because then we can see what she's thinking/remembering and also what's fuelling her, especially in that elbow to the face ;)

I'm so excited for next chapter - I hope she doesn't continue to be that cold to James :P

Author's Response: You'll see more Barry/Scott action coming up. It was just a glimpse. But it did show you how strong of a bond the two had if they don't even let that break them up. Its a stronger bond than just brothers. It's beaters. Anywho, I'm really really really super glad you liked it! Gigi is going back to her "I'm here for Quidditch, nothing else" mentality. Be prepared.

Ahhh! Soo happy to see an update. Loved the chapter although a little put off by GiGi's attitude towards James but loved it nonetheless. Can't wait for more!

I really like this first chapter!
Just a few weird things: the formatting is super spaced out, which could get annoying to read.
Also, I'm a bit confused abut the use of the word 'punctual'. That means 'on time' but it doesn't seem to fit in context when you use it.
Also, 'adjourning the walls', i assume that's meant to be adorning?
Great premise, great writing, but it could use some editing :D

Author's Response: Yeah, I noticed the spacing thing was an issue with a lot of my chapters. I don't intentionally do that, the formatting gets messed up when I bring it over from word and I'm too lazy to edit it at the time. Its very time consuming to do. Meh I probably did mess up a few words in there. I'm not grammar princess. I really suck at it, to be honest. I might have to consider a beta pretty soon ;).

AARGHHH!!! I am now left in a semi-state of suspense!!! I want to know what happens in the quidditch match but I'm happy you didn't leave the Barry thing hanging. I feel so sorry for him but kind of think it's his own fault at the same time. I don't blame Scott for punching him though.
James is seeming a bit too over protective for a 'fake' boyfriend...maybe it's not so fake after all... :)
Thanks for another great chapter, I'm loving the plot for this so far :D

This story is BRILLIANT!

I like quidditch but I'm not a huge fan, so reading a story mostly about quidditch would probably sound insane, except I LOVE IT!!

Gigi is awesome, I love her character and her family. Her nephew Carter sounds so adorable :)

And James - I LOVE me some James Sirius ♥ , he just awesome!!!

I like the fact Gigi kinda started making her way through the Weasley/Potters what with her and Fred getting it on and then becoming James' fake girlfriend and the fact she and James did it twice, on the floor and on the sofa.

I'm totally shipping JaGi (James/Gigi) seriously they've done it twice why can't they get together already!

And Tyler Gates - what's the deal with him and Gigi, I'm dying to know what happened.

Hoping this is updated really, really soon.
