Well seeing as everyone is giving their ideas, i shall give mine. I think that James started sending the secret notes and theen Fred sent the flowers and the letters in class were from James. And that James and AJ aren't actually together just friends but pretending to be for some unknown reason that i am yet to figure out haha but that is why she asked her if the flowers were for her so AJ could tell James and then they'd be all 'omg! theres someone copying my idea jsdnds' sort of thing and that James knows about Robin and AJ but Robin doesn't know about James and AJ being friends : D this is probably all wrong but i think it would be fun. oh and i am Lames all the way!! (Lames definitely sounds fun) cause of the whole not a sincere smile thing going on at their date.
But the story is Amazingly fantabulous, and you should update super soon : )

I love this story so much, it's definitely one of my favorites. I like Lonnie, she's a really realistic character. It's hard to choose between Fred and James, but I think I'm for Fronnie, but every chapter I switch sides :)

James is way better than Fred. He had a way more interesting and real personality and i like Lonnie better when she is with him. I bet she gets further with Fred, realizes how much more she likes James has some angsty crazy stuff, then gets with James and has a snarky and sarcastic happy ever after.

okay right i have officially lost it.

I was all like "TEAM FRONNIE!" but then James swung into the library and was all snarky and mysterious and snappy and James-y. I think the tipping point was when Lonnie said that around James she was much more sarcastic and free almost. She's not afraid to say a few (not all) things in front of James because she isn't on a mission to romantically impress him. So I was like poop i'm a lames (is that the ship name?) supporter.

BUTTT THEN HERBOLOGY HAPPENED.

Fred was charmingly nervous and a tad insecure and just too adorable. I'm now Team Fronnie again, until the bitter end! FOREVER A FRONNIE!

(Until, perhaps, the next chapter)

Ha, i was right! In my last review i said it might've been James who made her laugh and then whadda you know. HEY PRESTO. But ahem...Fronnie shippers don't like to associate James with any good feelings. And since i'm a fronnie shipper i can no longer express my squeeness at James making Lonnie laugh (not giggle!).

Onto Cal and Jordan! Weird as this sounds, i'm glad they're arguing. In loads of fics the main friendships just carry on like everything's hunky dory. Cal and Jordan are realistic best friends who realistically fight like the realistic fictional people they are. If Jordan's hanging on the Gryffie side perhaps she can come back with a hell load of secrets about Ajoke? I do hope so. I have an odd feeling that Lonnie might ask for gossip but Jordan will be brainwashed by AJOKE and be like "Ergh lonnie no! Me no give away secrets of AJ. She's ma frand!"

Oh dear, she must return before she's poisoned with evilness.

I think the second date is a fablissimo idea. The preview looks exciting too! Amazing work as usual:)

Next chapter is a very Fronnie chapter, so you won't have as much shipping whiplash as this one... I think ;) I actually love how the readers are far more confused than Lonnie is.

But Lonnie disproved the laughing theory, because Fred made her laugh, James's sense of humour is just more attuned to her own, therefore he was able to get her to laugh first.

Thank you! I wanted her to have semi-well-developed best friends, so I gave them their own weird little subplot! I'm glad you think they're realistic, fan fiction friends don't fight, they're too busy trying to woo Mr. Right, that they forget about their friends. Well, you'll just have to see. HAHAHA, posioned by evilness? LOL.

Loved this chapter! Fred is just so cute that I sort of want Lonnie to leave him so I can take him away(: Anyway, I don't think James really likes Ajoke, I still think she's cheating on him with Robin and James suspects something but is trying to play it off until either one of them says something. Then again, I could be wrong. I can see Lonnie and James together, but that would mean a sad Fred, and I don't want a sad Fred because I love Fred too much.

Overall, great chapter and story(: Looking forward to the next one!

Author's Response: You'll start finding out in the next chapter! It's not that simple, but it's not that difficult.

There isn't necessarily a problem with AJ and James, James just doesn't like disclosing what he thinks is private information to someone he doesn't quite trust yet, Lonnie.

She might end up with Fred, or James, or nobody or somebody else. :)

He's just way better than Fred. Well, Fred's better than James, of course, but he's so perfect. And James' is so flawed, and he's sarcastic and funny and I don't know why, but I think in the argument between him and Fred, he's not necessarily the right one, but he has the right morals... Does that make sense?
I don't know, there's just something I don't like about Fred... CAL AND JORDAN AND AMAZING. It's so annoying how they're arguing, especially for Lonnie!, but I find it interesting how Jordan is hanging out with AJ now.

i am for sure shipping fonnie! i mean James just seems like depressed jerk all the time and i also think he is perfect for ajoke, and Fred is just so charming an sweet,and he really likes Lonnie and it wouldn't be fair if James got her when he doesn't deserve her or like her how Fred does. and i think that the nice guy shouldn't finish last this time and the nice guy (Fred) should get the girl because in a lot of fics ive read it always like the bad guy or the person who the oc hates at first get together and i think Fonnie is a great shange to that...plus they are just soo cute

Argh, this chapter ruined my full force Team Fronnie ship, because when she was talking to James, I just couldn't help but feel they would be good together, but when she was with Fred, they were both so awkward and endearing and whatnot, which made me ship Team Fronnie again.

So conflicted.

But I also thought I'd mention that I really like those sort of snippets in between scenes where you have Lonnie describing her Prince Charming. I like them alot:)

Aghh, I've reached the end! My eyeballs have been glued to this story ever since I saw it on recently added, and I've got to say that I LOVE Lonnie. I love how different she is from the usual garden variety OC's - which range from nerdy to snarky to witty to vixen to ditz. She's a breath of fresh air and I can relate 100% to her. When I was in high school, social situations made me want to puke. I was constantly blushing and I hated it when intimidating people tried to force conversation with me, and I was every bit the romantic that Lonnie is. I adore her determination to capture this happily ever after she so desires, and I do hope she gets it; although I get the feeling that Fred is not Prince Charming. Or maybe he is Prince Charming, but Lonnie doesn't need a Prince Charming. Maybe she needs someone a little more subtle, like herself. Someone you don't really notice until you turn around one day and realize they've slithered their way into your heart with friendship. At the moment, I'm shipping Lonnie with Tarquin but keeping an eye on James. It would be easier to ship Lonnie with James if he didn't seem so happy with Ajoke. Eep, this story is fantastic! I've really enjoyed reading it. Update soon, please?

I really like your story, though I prefer James to Fred. James just seems so mysterious and deep. Whereas Fred? He seems to lack substance. Somehow, I get the impression that he's shallow and perhaps the awesome personality Lonnie sees is just a perfect thing he fabricated. I feel some heartbreak is on the way :( Poor Lonnie.

I quite like Tarquin too. He'd entertain me loads if he was real :P
