Review #1, by Phoenix_feather123 The Deepest Scars

30th October 2012:
Ok... I didn't really get this chapter, but I understand most of it and I feel kind of hollow, and almost scared... Why are all your stories like this?

I am not saying it is bad though. It is really good.

Author's Response: Thank you! I was definitely going more for a visceral, emotional response with this one than any real particular understanding. I'm glad you liked it in any case, thanks again (:

Review #2, by Shortie The Deepest Scars

18th July 2012:
At the beginning I was OMH HAHA THIS IS FUNNY!!! I even found this line funny...

"Merlin’s beard – ha ha, Hermione doesn’t have a beard, does she? "

But then later on I realized what this is all about. Ministry. This is a very part, particular to me since my favourite Sirius dies. So this was a tearjerker even though it's not that depressing. But that's just me. *sob*

Sorry. Back to the review. I'm stunned by the way you've twisted the plot around, taken it nowhere at all. I mean, to the reader you're changing it, but at the end it's in the same place.

Well done on that love. This is a really really stunning story.

*Hugs*

REVIEWED FOR THE HOUSE CUP 2012

Author's Response: I don't know, I kind of intended it to be somewhat of a tearjerker, in a bit of an unusual way maybe but I definitely think this is one of the more heart-wrenching bits of the Ministry, next to of course Sirius' death. Also I really love how you've phrased that about twisting the plot, changing it, but it being in the same place--I've tried to figure out what I was actually trying to do with this piece but it's just not something that I view as having a substantial plot or direction--this is something that happened, and it doesn't matter really where it ends up per se because it happened, and that's that. Thanks so much for the lovely review (:

That. was. amazing.

Seriously. So original and intriguing! I love that you chose Ron to write - as he is hardly ever written in anything as thoughtful as this piece. Truly wonderful. And the story set is totally lovely, as well. Well done. ♥

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I agree, Ron is never written enough in more serious pieces, and he definitely has such moments too. I'm so glad you liked this, thanks again (:

This is very well written, a new and exciting concept and quite frightening and desperate at times. It made me quite dizzy!

Author's Response: Thank you! haha I was definitely going for frightening and desperate, but dizzy is a good one I hadn't thought of. Thanks :D
