I'm so happy you updated your story, I've truely missed it.
Mr. Malfoy banning Hermione from the horses. Draco is right, he should be interested in her well being, not just treating her like a Barbie doll. I'd get in contact with a gaurdian Lawyer and see what he had to say if it gets unbareable to live at the Manor.
