I believe Snape would feel more emotion when seeing Lily. He would be overcome by grief, regret, love, despair and you had to describe it. The story is a bit messy, you should reread it and capitalize letters.

I really like how you have both Harry and Snape looking into the mirror and seeing what they could have had. I like how you have the mirror-Lily approving of Snape's actions through her smile. i think its a good little one-shot.
