Ah, I hope you get over the writers block/plot block. I liked this chapter a lot, although I'm upset at the way Chloe is treating Alex!

Thank you for another entertaining chapter, interventions are always lovely. I must say you have got me completely hooked on this story. :)
I like that your writing is rather simple (this is a compliment) which makes it easier to feel with your lovely characters. You have got characters like Chloe whom you can not help but love from the moment she falls down from that tree and then you have the characters that just grow on you. Terryn especially has made me positively surprised even though I have never liked the idea of a fifth marauder; she somehow manages to fit in. Perhaps it’s because she is more mum/big sister than she is marauder?
Looking forward to your next update.

I really liked this chapter, but then I've liked every chapter so far. I love drunk Sirius! Also, yay for Remus and Alex, they are so sweet together, when's it going to happen??!

You got the law right for the muggle world, but I think the wizarding world is 17 flat to do anything (Dumbledore gives Harry some sort of alcohol in HBP)

Haha. I simply loved this!
I think the first part was a little too heavy, I think some of it could have been cut off, making it a bit more catching.
But the last part was simply splendid! I love Chloe. She's a typical bad tempered girl who just seems to have had a bad day, maybe a few of them. She's angry, but not loosing it, screaming and stuff. And Sirius seemed like an arrogant prat.There is no other word. Their tree and ground, yeah, right. And he's perfectly cool, catching the shoe just in time, and keeping the smile. He's got a very cool facade, very calm, and I like that! There is a fine balance between action and dialogue, which I find pretty perfect.
Very good indeed!

Author's Response: Yes, I wasn't too satisfied with the beginning myself, but I tried not to jump into the action part too soon. Still, I'm glad it didn't completely throw you off the story. :D
Ah, Chloe. A bad day indeed, and all she wanted to do was read her book. And Sirius, he's so cool I just want to wipe the smirk off his face. :D But, I'm the author, so I can't, yet. But frankly, I don't know who wouldn't fall in love with him, prat or not. :D You saw them just how they were meant to be seen, and I'm glad you like them, all in all.
