He wasn't really in shock, he just accepted it, and now he just waits--- waits until Ryan decides.

in the earlier chapters it seemed like Al and Ryan had a relatinship but I guess it's not true ;).

Author's Response: I love that about Freddie. He just sort of believes it. He puts the pieces together and believes it. Nah, Al and Ryan don't have a relationship. Al has an obsession with her because she's his star Chaser and he's as much obsessed with winning as Rose. What a duo! Thanks!

how come Al doesn't ask who the father is?
I mean that would be the first thing to ask if someone tells me she's pregnant...

Also she's in her 4th month, with twins, doesn't anybody see her baby bump and wonder?

Author's Response: Al doesn't ask because he knows what Rose is like and that she will tell him when she's ready, but he does ask her in chapter 5.

As for the bump Rose uses a spell to make her seem thinner - This hasn't been added in it yet because it hasn't been edited

Oooh!
I was so excited to see that you updated, I thought this story was abandonned, but I still favourited it.

I like how Sarina is so logical, analytical (because she is scared), and how Al seems her counterpart, flirty, smart, funny and laidback.

I'm glad to see that Al knew who she was, since I think only an idiot wouldn't have known ;)

I love how they had their first kiss, like after Sarina confessed that she wanted to kiss him, I squealed! :D

They both are 25 and now looking for serious life partners, not just a fling. That's why Sarina is so careful about her name :')
I hope the next update doesn't take as long as before ;)

I'm glad you caught that! I want to show the different aspects of their relationship, and that should be seen soon.

Even for nice ol' Scorpius, there are some secrets. One of the lines I cut from this chapter (might show up in the next one) is one where Albus tells Clemence, "You know far less about the people in this school than you think." So, we'll see!

Oh wow.
I did not expect this turn in Scorpius and Bella's relationship, I wonder what Rose and Al think about that they go to the Yule ball together, or if this will somehow prompt Al into something new.

And why should she not tell Adriana about the Project? Is she a gossip, or is she just another Al fan? ;)

So do the teachers (and Harry?) also think that this is a prank?

Author's Response: haha, don't worry about those two, it's not supposed to be anything official - it's just to trick everyone else ;) but it would be pretty interesting to see al's reaction, especially since she told him how much she liked him and everything

well, from what bella sees, adriana is really sweet, but scorpius is suspicious about a lot of people, so that's the only reason why she was told not to tell her.

as for the whole prank thing, the teachers had been trying to find out who did it, but since they've found nothing, they were forced to assume it was a prank, so harry thought the same too.

And, as for James and Em, that was a dynamic I wanted to explore and wish I had more. For me, he was the only sort of steady, non-romantic influence she had throughout her life, a kind of brother in a messed up hero worship sort of way. I lament not being able to have more of them in this, but I really did want to end before I carried on too much and ruined it.

And since when does Bella like him?
I thought it was a recent thing, but it seems like she liked him before Jade and Albus became a couple.

I didnt thing that J&A were a couple before since Rose tries to matchmake them, and there must have been some reason to why they broke up, although it seems they remained best friends.

So much mystery! Can't wait for the next chapter

- no, jade doesn't know bella likes albus, and neither does rose. scorpius seems like he might know, but he never mentions it to bella
- bella's liked albus for quite a while; i think it started around their 3rd/4th year but it's only really gotten more intense now, in her sixth year

yeah, there's a bit of a reason to why jade and albus broke up, but i promise i'll get to it really soon ;)

Sounds like a funny fanfiction, I can't wait for more complications to arise.
Right now her behaviour may be atrocious, but I think her performance needs to drop a bit more before they kick her out.
I mean, if she had this lifestyle for 4 years, and the Team accepted it, how come they haven't gotten rid of her before?

You're right when you say they shouldn't kick her off after four years of the same behaviour - but sometimes you just reach your limits and have to take a stand. But you never know, maybe she'll do something really awful in the next chapter!

I giggled when I made James into a nerdy red head. Never seen him portrayed as such, so I thought I'd give it a go.

I peer closely at him, sure enough he has the gorgeous green eyes that makes girls fall at his feet. And he's not wearing glasses so he can't be his father. I push his hair out of the way to make sure, there's no lightening scar on his forehead. It's clear as water.

It's interesting to see Rose as the quidditch obsessed one, lol.
I always see James as the Captain , but it's a nice twist, that he apparently wants to take over W3.
It's so cute that he is in a long relationship as well, although Annie hints at some rocks in their relationship... ?

I like how you put Al and Scorpius in Ravenclaw together, and it's cool to see that Scorp is best friends with Roxy. I wonder if he ends up with her or with Rose... hmmm. It would be cool if he ends up with someone else than Rose for once!

Fred is an interesting character.
When did he have the ONS with Ryan? Is she already pregnant?

Author's Response: I definitely wanted to do something different since I have James as the Quidditch-obsessed crazy boy in Breaking the Quidditch Code. I like the idea of Rose just being in it to win it.

I agree with you. Unless there is a hint in the story that he should be with Rose, I don't really see where people get it. She's just another girl character and he's just another guy. It's just popular I suppose :)

It was over the summer. And yes, she is. But neither she, nor Fred, know at this point in the story. You'll find out a lot more information in chapter 3. Well, all of the information, really.

I have to look at my notes, but I think I have Al as either Chase or Seeker. I'm trying to remember where I put Scorpius, which would dictate that answer. And yes, Rose is Seeker. She wants to play pro. It's her basic goal in life, haha. Well, her real goal is to play on a national team and represent England. thanks!

I think the reaction of Chloe, when she sees Al's flirting with Emily, is really exaggerated.

I mean the night before she snogged some guy she just met, so I don't see why she slaps her exboyfriend.
Yeah it was a shitty reason to break up with somebody, but I still think that she overreacted.

I think there's more to Al than what Laura observes, though.

I did want to try for different POVs, and Ravenclaw isn't always the one chosen.

There's a bit more to why Rose and Albus hate each other, but some of it is irrational. And Albus is generally annoying, which doesn't make Rose like him anymore.

Hmm, that's an interesting point. But Laura's not nearly as calculating or cold. It's more that she personally dislikes Albus--she doesn't feel that way about most people.

At the start of this fanfiction, I thought James could never love Gwen like that, since he referred to her as his sister all the time.

But the last 2 chapters suddenly made all the difference! WOW!

I am not a famous person either ;).
I'm sure that the Daily Prophet is obsessed with the Potters, but I don't think that they would constantly be on the frontpage, except when they do something scandalous or really newsworthy.
I don't think that what Lily did is frontpage material, more like Page 6 / Gossip column material.

In any case I always thought Lily would be strong enough to withstand the fame, since she grew up with it (just like Sophie).
It's interesting to see then, that she has a lot of trouble in this story.

Also, I read your other reviews. It seems like I'm one of the few who still ship Al/Sophie, instead of Sophie/James.
Haha. I like Al better than James usually. In this story I like them both equally, though.
The reason, why I champion Al, is, that if there ever was any chance of Sophie/James happening, it would have happened already in those 3 years.
Yes they were acting, but if they really felt attracted to each other, then one of them would have acted on that (or messed up), and then they would have confessed their attraction/love to each other.
I don't see that happening in this case, since you pointed out how they regard each other more as siblings than lovers.
I don't know how far they have gone in their physical relationship, but if they really had feelings beyond the acting, then they would not have broken up. I don't even think that they have had sex, but you may surprise me.

The big obstacle for Al/Sophie is obviously the apparent relationship between Sophie&James.
I don't think that Al likes to be compared to his brother, so he goes out of his way to be distinguished from him.
It will be interesting to see how, or if this will ever happen ^^.

I love your writing and storyline.
Gold is amazing. So is Albus and James. And Scorpius.
I love how Gold isn't your typical obsessed with Albus girl.

I think Albus is attracted to her, but he knows that Scorpius doesn't want his best mate to date his sister, which is why he's distancing himself from her.

lol at James' Plan.
It makes the storyline interesting, but hard to pull off.
I mean doesn't everybody know who the new Slytherin Seeker is?
How does James get the hair for the potion? And the potion only works for 1 hour.

Regardless, I really love your story and I'm hoping for an update.
