Wow! This was exciting. I was wondering if Snape was going to drop by. I must say it's rather surprising that Snape brought Harry back with him. He was trying - at some point - to care for Harry...as much as he could.
I was kind of wondering if Snape should be impressed by that fact that Harry is actually really talented for any typical nine year old boy. I guess that's why Snape asked him about the Polyjuice Potion and I'm assuming wrote, "A nine year old boy, who is just as insufferable as his father, could figure this out," on the students paper that got a T. At least that's what I imagined happened in my head.
I kind of wonder how Sirius is going to react to Snape and Harry's magical adventure fun time to Hogwarts. I actually wonder if Moony will be there too. I suppose he should be in bed though.

Author's Response: Thank you. :) I'm glad you think so. :D This wasn't something I had planned on Snape doing - he was always going to show up, but I didn't expect him to take Harry back to Hogwarts for the night, haha. He did that on his own. He was trying to care for Harry a little bit - as best as he could - for Lily's sake. Even then, he only did it because Harry literally quoted his mother - did you find those parts? :)
I don't really think Snape's impressed at all, haha; the hexes Harry got him with were ones Snape would assume every child above the age of five knows and the fact that Harry used them against an older and more talented wizard shows the idiocy one would expect, given his guardian situation. :P (Did you just read that in his voice...?) :P
He asked about the Polyjuice Potion because he wanted to write an insulting comment - minus the 'insufferable as his father' part, you've got it in one! :D

Sirius' response will be in the next chapter. I've got quite a few ideas - there will be several snide remarks (as one would expect) - but I haven't decided if Remus will be there yet. Haha, yes, he probably should be in bed. :P
