I have really loved this story! I started reading it today and couldn't give it up. I spent a few hours completely hypnotized and now I've read the whole thing. The way you describe Louis and how he is so entrancing is wonderful. I speak French, so from the moment that I read 'tu es dans toutes mes pensees' I knew what it meant, and it is _adorable_!! The way he talks to her and how he clearly feels for her is, without fail, really cute. You also do a great job showing that he and Stephanie care for each other equally, and I love how they both think they don't deserve each other.

I also have to commend you on your characterizations. Your take on the Weasley-Potter clan is fantastic, and the way you develop Stephanie and her situation really make the story perfect. I particularly loved how she gets to know everyone, and her relationship with her mother is lovely and at times very touching.

Then there's the fact that no one dies, which seems altogether too common in these kind of someone-is-sick fics. Thanks for that :P

Lastly, of course I love Louis. I think everyone must love your version of Louis :)

Overall, amazing job, and congrats on finishing it. I'm glad that I found it on the site. ^_^

Author's Response: aw thank you, hun! I am so delighted you liked this fic! You read it all in one day? wow! I'm glad you liked Louis' character. He's probably one of the favorite male characters I've ever used in hp fics. And you speak French! That's cool! I'm actually going to take some French classes this fall so I'm excited for that! :)

Aw thanks! *blush* I'm glad you like my characterizations! I really tried to develop Stephanie and the entire family as best as I knew how. Her relationship with her mother is actually similar to one I shared with my grandmother so it was very touching to write that. I'm glad you liked that part :)

I can never kill off characters. I got too close to Louis to do that to him. ^_^
Everyone seems to love him and I'm not entirely sure why. He's very sweet-natured and very much like a gentlemen. He's probably the version I'd want my husband to be (if I ever get married someday).
